  Great Stay

  We will stay here again. The location is great. Its on the lake, our suite had a great view. Its close to many attractions. The restaurant was fantastic. My girls had so much fun in the pool, kiddie pool, hot tub and sauna. Everything was clean and well maintained.

  Fantastic Place!!

  We stayed at the Grand Ely Lodge for the first time in 7 years. I'm not sure why we waited so long to return! The room we had was amazing! The bed was very comfortable and the in room jacuzzi was fantastic! The dining room was spaced apart due to COVID but the food was excellent! The prime rib was cooked just how we wanted and the maple glazed salmon was just as good as we remembered it was. We certainly won't wait as long for a return trip! The only draw back was there is no shop for sundries if you happened to forget something.

  Comfortable

  We had a great stay at Grand Lodge. The location was perfect, the view of the lake was stunning, and the staff were nice. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Even though we were on the first floor, the room was pretty quite. It was nice having a restaurant and lounge on site. We utilized the restaurant for a few meals and the food was good. The pool and hot tub area was nicely set-up and I could see being good for families with kids. I would say that the rooms, especially the bathrooms could use some updating. We would stay here again.

  Cozy Retreat!

  Our one night stay was very relaxing. Very comfortable and cozy lodge. Love all the woodwork and outdoor theme. Great view overlooking the lake - Shagawa Lake - even saw some deer crossing the frozen lake. Definitely will book here again. Friendly staff!

  Not what expected

  I wasnt sure what to expect, so my expectations were low. But I was pleasantly surprised, it was actually a decent place. The rooms, hallways and restaurants were clean. The front desk and staff were nice and helpful. My only negative is the parking was horrible and a few eyes sores in the parking lot. Sorry for not taking pictures, this is the only one I have, and what view - beautiful.
