  Overall, it is a great place to take the kids. As with all family fun resorts, they do nickel and dime you. The arcade and go carts are ridiculously costly. They do give you a pass for one round of golf and go carts which helps. We got one 10 dollar arcade card, however, we have 2 kids and some games cost 75 cents. We got a coupon for 2 free pizzas and coffee and tea are free. Do try the Grand Country Buffet. Well worth the money. Everything was fresh, hot and tasty. I would not recommend the pizza buffet. They are not prepared for large groups, which most people that stay there are families. The staff is rude, hateful, and slow. The rooms were average motel rooms. Could use some updating as the carpet had stains and the toilet had plumbing issues. The water park is great for all ages. Small lazy river, tube slides, and a play place for the little people. It has 2 hot tubs, however don't plan on relaxing there. Young kids think its a pool and will jump into it, splash, and play. I think there should be a no children policy. There is a small changing area as well. I'm sure we will go again as it was fun for all of us.

  Fun time!

  We stayed the weekend of Christmas with our two kids. Check in was smooth and very helpful explaining the package that we purchased. We purchased the family package which included mini golf, game card to arcade, 2 free pizzas, go karts, show tickets, and water park tickets. Everyone had a great time doing all that stuff. The Amazing Pet Show is a great show for kids. The water park is a little on the small side, but it entertained my 7 and 9 year olds. The rooms are just basic motel rooms, but the kids loved the bunk bed. The buffet is a little pricey, but everyone found something we liked. We loved the pizza place. You could easily spend 3 days here and never leave the resort. I felt like overall everything was a really good value.

  BED Bugs and you dont get what you pay for on Groupon!!!

  I booked this trip for my sons 10th birthday. We purchased an offer from Groupon that included our 1 night stay with double beds, 4 tickets to water park, 4 tickets to a show, a free pizza offer, and an offer for 4 popcorns. The only thing I was able to use were the pizza voucher and water park. We traveled 5 hours to have a good time at the water park. Check in was at 3:00pm on 1/30/21 and was smooth, the front desk rep I encountered was extremely nice and helpful! We werent able to see any shows due to them selling out. I was advised by a gentleman at the Music Hall to come back the next morning to see if anyone canceled. The hotel check out is at 11:00 am! If a show was available it would have started at 10:30 the next morning in which we wouldnt be able to do a morning show due to making another stop before heading back home. Fast forward to bed time... My mother ( who also booked the same package but separately) had an infestation of bed bugs in BOTH of her beds!! The bugs woke her out of her sleep and were in different parts of the bed. In BOTH beds! My son and niece were sleeping in the second bed in my mothers room. I instantly went to her room grabbed the kids and brought them to my room to sleep. We pull our sheets back and theyre FILTHY and full of other peoples hair! At this point my mom is already on the line with the manager , Brenda who EVENTUALLY agreed to place us at another hotel. She provided my mother with a full refund but refused to offer me one stating that we could still sleep on the nasty sheets that were down. I asked Brenda ( 2 days later when she FINALLY returned my call) why would I or anyone else want to sleep on NASTY sheets and especially with bed bugs. Her only response was that she did enough by refunding my mom. My mom and I are TWO different people with TWO different method of payments! My mother did not purchase my room so you refunding her did nothing for me! Ive since disputed the charges with my bank and will post pics and videos EVERYWHERE of the disgusting ass beds that they have for their guest which include children to sleep on!! Brenda admitted to the bed bugs and did NOT apologize or offer anything else!! I have PLENTY of video and photos!!

  Not bad

  Overall not bad. Room buildings look dingy but room itself seemed updated and clean. Nice to have so much to do onsite. We did the arcade, buffet, mini golf, pool and water park. Biggest complaint is the bathrooms at the pool and water park. The entire pool area is dated and dingy. One family bathroom didnt lock, and the only other option was a single stall. Not easy for changing kids or adults out of wet clothes before going outside in winter. Hot tube was broken. Same bathroom situation at water park. Youd think they would have actual changing stalls. A clock in both pool areas would have also been helpful.

  Great long weekend getaway!

  Absolutely loved our stay! My family of 4 got a package deal that included 2nights stay, unlimited water park access, a round of go karts and mini golf, 2 large 1 topping pizzas, a $10 game card plus tickets to 2 shows for around $400... We had a regular room with 2 queen beds with a microwave & fridge. We had plenty of room and it was very clean! The comedy jamboree is a must see! Hilarious and family friendly but might go over younger kids heads...my 15yrold enjoyed but my 6yr old wasnt as in to it & the amazing pets show was good but is definitely geared towards younger kids, my 6yr old had a blast. We ate a huge meal at the grand buffet which offers a bogo 50% off adult buffets with your show tickets! The buffet at the pizza place was good as well and reasonably priced. Both restaurants were clean and most patrons were wearing their masks when at the buffet. The staff at the entire place was working super hard to make sure everything was clean and taken care of plus very friendly!! Overall, would definitely recommend to anyone with kids! 4-12yr olds probably would have the most fun but teens will have fun too! Cant wait to return!!
