  Just ok type, no professionalism

  I booked here for a night, it was around 125 US dollars for a night in Indian currency. Room was ok, very noisey. Looks it is a place for functions and not a place to stay for those who are from outside Reception staff not well behaved but rude, not helpful at all. Room condition not good, mattress worn down. They lack professionalism, it is not a business hotel but like a inn or a wedding hall or Yatri Niwas for people who are willing to pay extra without expecting any quality. Location of hotel is good, given a choice with the price I paid , very good hotels available nearby. For the kind of room and service they provided, I think this room worth not more than 40 US dollars looking at pricing of similar room type hotel nearby

  Worst hotel

  Recently I have stayed at this hotel but experience was really worst. Hotel staff have no professionalism, this hotel is quite good for wedding hall not for stay purpose. Food quality is also not upto the mark but they charge heavily. For transportation, they don't have enough cabs. Finally worst experience.!!!

  Mid range Hotel

  Centrally located Hoel with 3-star amenities. Service and food are good and the housekeeping service is better. Has a small lobby and swimming pool. Breakfast choice is limited and Hotel its service needs improvement.

  Not good, No Hospitality

  I was at this property in december'19 due to a business trip. Housekeeping department forgot to clean my room due miscommunication within their team and then shifted blame at the labor guy (that actually cleans your room) for mishap, which I felt was injustice with that poor guy. My clothes were delivered all wet after washing (laundry), I shared feedback immediately that cloths are wet but nobody came to acknowledge. They served me expired soft drink with great pride and then staff refused to accept the same without even checking the expiry date on bottle. Then in final bill, they charged for that expired soft drink as well. After I pick that out, then they removed the charges from the bill. They also charged extra for food delivered in room as room service charges, which I had at their Restaurant only. So I better suggest to check your final bills. Most of the hotel staff is not professional and very harsh to speak with. Food serving staff at their restaurant doesnt care and completely ignores you and your feedback. You have to remind them again and again if you are waiting there for your food to come. Cherry on the cake is that some of restaurant staff moved out ignoring you when you share your feedback with them, which makes you feel truly disrespectful and ignored. Third party staff that actually cleans your room is polite and soft spoken. Rooms was enough spacious. They offer you complementary cookies with in room tea/coffee making set, which is liked. Food was good and have different variety. GYM was clean and posh. I would love to recognise Mr. Farooq from restaurant team, Mr. Ashiq, who operates as manager and Mr. Ashish from transport team (cab driver). All three of them were professional/soft spoken/well etiquetted/groomed and behaved the same way that you expects from a hotel staff.

  Stay on 3rd Feb 2021

  Nice Hotel , Specially location and services . As per budget its a value of money , i must say it was good rooms and breakfast also good , only one suggestion please maintain washroom its very old . Check in was smooth , staff of hotel was nice , friendly , Inside the hotel pool area was nice to spent time with cup of coffee .
