  Perfect location and really nice rooms and service

  Stayed here one night on a trip returning home. It is perfectly located in downtown with easy walking to the cathedral, the old Roman gate, etc. Right on a broad avenue with abundant shops and places to eat. The hotel staff was friendly and the room was perfect.

  4 stars? Youre joking

  Right, I know that COVID-19 has made it difficult for hotels in general. But when we asked why our room was not made up we were told that due to corona they dont make up the rooms. The obvious question is, what do they do between guests..? I can accept a lower level of service due to the current situation during the pandemic but if you charge for a service you do have to deliver on it. If you decide not to deliver to standard the price should reflect the level of service you give. Other hotels and restaurants in the area work hard to maintain the same level of service although times are tough, but this place really doesnt. I would give it two star service at most..

  Friendly and functional

  Friendly and helpful staff greeted us on our arrival from Calais. The room had a great shower and comfortable bed. The hotel was dog friendly. The breakfast was good. Car parking was down underneath the square in huge car park, with multiple storeys.

  Très bon séjour au Continental

  We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was small but cosy and comfortable, Bed was comfy. Shower was great. Room was well insulated, so we were not bothered by noise from other rooms. Location was great. Overall good value for money

  Excellent, warm and genuine service

  We came for the last few days of the year due to a funeral in the family. There was a curfew in France and we spent the evening of the new year in the hotel room. We had such a delightful stay, every single personnel of the staff was friendly, warm, welcoming, accommodating and just genuine in their approach. The food was just extraordinary and the service was always prompt and with a smile (under the masks). The room is well arranged, comfortable and very cozy. We will for sure stay here again when we come back to Reims for a nicer opportunity.
