  Buena ubicación y el chico muy amable ya que tuvo que esperar por nosotras casi una hora! Tienes que quedar con ellos antes de ir para que te den la llave y te expliquen ! Están escondidos y si vas buscando un letrero no lo encontraras ya que están dentro de un patio ! Para dormir desayunar y cenar está bien! Nosotras apenas usamos la cocina pero tiene lo necesario

  La ubicación no esta mal, cerca de la estacion central de trenes pero no en el centro. Nada mas entrar, contenedores de basura oliendo a mil demonios. El apartamento esta bien si sois dos personas,pero si, como en nuestro caso, sois 4... Es una pesadilla. Las almohadas son papel de fumar, la cama es medio pasable pero el sofa cama... Es una tortura china al completo. Dormir en el sofa cama es criminal. Ademas de eso, por las ventanas entran todo tipo de insectos y si visitas viena en verano... Muerete! No hay aire acondicionado, solo hay un ventilador y si abres las ventanas... Te haras colegui de unos cuantos bichos! Ademas de eso hay que añadir un recargo de 30 euros extra por limpiar la habitacion, tenedlo en cuenta!

  Bad experience - don´t book it!

  Never more. I can´t definitely recommend it! Terrible service! Check In didn´t work at the agreed times, even if announced in advance. We have to wait about 1 hour. The lady who was in charge switch her phone off after more complaints. Everywhere was price of 60 EUR per night. With very small letters in the section where information like city tax etc. are, was a fee of 35 EUR for final cleaning. By stay for one night? A pretty expensive accommodation!!! By booking in the last moment you will see the price incl. cleaning first when you enter your credit card number and than there is no way back. We were given the keys from the room from a restaurant proprietor in the same house. Nobody from the owner of apartment came to see us. My e-mail complaint is still unanswered!

  Just don't, its awful

  Followed all the instructions sent and arrived here at the time we said. There is no reception and to ringing the bell does nothing. We had two phone numbers, neither of which were connected. After an hour in the rain trying to get in, and while we were on the phone to Expedia (who also couldn't contact the host) we managed to catch someone at the door who claimed to be the cleaner, but let us in to the apartment. they showed us the door locks then ran off. I'd like to say things got better from there, but the apartment was dire. It is in a dingy basement, with two "windows" which it is impossible to close which vent near the ceiling onto some sort of communal courtyard. One highlight was the bins in this courtyard being noisily sorted out at 6 in the morning for half an hour. The windows allow in a half gloom; useless during the day, but also not good at 4am as there are no curtains to allow you to shut out the light. Digging deep to find the positive parts, it is very near the tram stop and handy for the station. The shower was ok and the bed reasonably comfortable, other than being too big for the space. The kitchenette has what you would expect, but we did need to clean the glasses and mugs before they were usable. the apartment really isn't somewhere you would want to spend more time than absolutely necessary

  Excellent location, bad customer service and cleanlieness

  Please read all both positives and negatives. TOP TIP - IF NO ANSWER AT THE DOOR FOR CHECK IN, GO TO THE BAR NEXT DOOR WHERE THE MANAGER IS THE LANDLORD. We arrived early and tried calling to check in around 12 - no answer and phone number disconnected, not a great start. Arrived to the property and pressed the buzzer at 2pm, no answer. Waited 5 mins, pressed again, no answer. A Spanish couple arrived and had the same experience, and eventually went into the bar next door where it turns out is where the property manager works with NO information/directions to do this online. When finally checked in, the room appeared spacious and clean until further inspection where we found the previous guests rubbish under the sink not disposed of and genetal hair in the base of the shower. Makes me think what the 35 cleaning fee goes towards. Thankfully the bed sheets were fresh and clean and we had a very spacious king bed in apartment number 1. This apartment is advertised with 'garden view', however this is quite literally overgrown weeds on concrete. Wifi in the apartment was strong and of a good speed. There is also a free communal washing machine and tumble dryer which takes a bit of google translate to get the right settings, but definitely a good perk of the apartment. Location of this apartment is its main draw, being around 500m walk from the main station next to Belvadere Palace. There was also a microwave, hob and fridge. Also plenty of pots and pans to use to cook your own meals. On balance, I would not stay here again due to the service received and cleanlieness.
