  Near Airport

  Stayed 2 nights on business travel, i found this hotel worth to choose. Spacious room, not too large but adequate and i could move freely inside the room. Arm chair was dirty, i saw some stain and one of the pillow too. Air con was good and fast to cool down the room but also a downside because the temp control seemed not working as it supposed to. I set the temp to 25 degree but the unit kept on cooling down even after i switch to heat or fan mode. Bathroom was small and quite difficult to change clothes with the door open. Equipped with 32" LCD, the TV channel suck because no clear display and limited channel. Internet was free and quite good speed. Opposite to building parking lot, the one outdoor was spacious. You need to be careful to park inside because of tight space, you may dent / scratch other's car. Breakfast was quite tasty with several menus with mainly traditional dishes. Overall this hotel is good enough, worth the price, located near to airport and city central.

  One night stop over

  Arrived at the hotel pretty late after a long drive so have limited full experience of the hotel but had a fantastic night's sleep. The bed and room was very comfortable and clean. I didn't manage to check out all the amenities but overall the hotel was nice. The breakfast was alright too and it is located quite close to the airport. Would stay here again

  Flawless!

  Will highly recommend Grand Central Hotel. The facilities are fantastic, location wise is in top rank. The staff are humble, courteous and helpfull. That was a big positive point when we were assisted by Mr Ruzelfi as the manager on duty on the day we reached the hotel. Great hospitality!

  Better than expected

  My first visit to Pekanbaru and my decision to stay at this property was a masterstroke. Friendly employees, hotel facilities are top notch with jacuzzi and gym. Roof top bar and swimming pool too. The rooms are well maintained and clean. Breakfast selection is simple and adequate, can be improved though. There is a 7-11 like store, KFC and plenty of durian shops around the hotel!

  Very bad experience

  This is the first time I spent a night here, and this is my very first time ever to see this disgusting thing.. I've just checked in lately and wanna to get a good rest after traveling, but suddenly I found an used underwear on the bed, under the blanket. It make me feeling very uncomfortable, yes the receptionist give me another room to sleep, but I don't know weather I could sleep or not tonight.. Really disgusting and annoying, especially during this pandemic. Clean and hygiene facilities is very important
