  Left a night early.

  For the positive the location was good and you do have access to a 2nd floor balcony to watch the street and the restaurant was good. On the negative the air stopped working about two hours after we check in....there was a used soap bar in the bath tub....towels were damp and folded...I was not sure if they were used or they should have left them in the dryer another 30 minutes. We ended up sleeping on top of the sheets...next morning checked out, ate the $150 for the next night and went to a Best Western. We were able to ring the front desk bell and get someone about the used bar of soap..he was nice. After this we tried ringing the bell at least 4 more times and could not get anyone. The location is good but I will not be back.

  Bed not great

  Room nice and very clean but bed is very very uncomfortable . Location is great with parking close . Taking pet out for walk good location . Just not much sleep due to hard bed and noisy neighbors . We always stay somewhere different every year so we wont be staying again .

  Poor service

  We stayed 3 nights in suite 204. The location of the hotel is wonderful. However, the service we received was very poor. We received maid service one time during the four days we were there, and only then because we flagged them down and asked for it. They did not replenish the coffee in the room at all, and when we called to inquire about getting more, they said we must have drank it all. Really?? Very rude responses from the staff when we merely asked for more towels. Even with the great location, we won't reserve here again. Also, the ceiling looked like it was going to fall in from water damage, and huge bundles of cables lined the walls. Very unsightly.

  Rundown and poor service

  We are currently at this hotel. It is clean but very run down. Our room has large holes in the wall and stained ceilings. In addition the TV is not viewable from the bed. We requested to be moved to a room where we can see the TV from bed to be advised the hotel is full although we have seen no one since we checked in. We do not recommend.

  Nice stay, clean and quiet.

  Stayed jist after Christmas 2020 and had a good time. Cheap clean hotel. Not real fancy of that is a must but clean and very affordable. Hostoric old hotel we would like to return to when covid is gone. Free parking was a plus as well. No elevator so try and stay on the 2nd floor. The town is one of the most unique places we have been to and we travel a lot.
