  Les cuento que el hotel no llega al año desde su inauguración esta todo en perfecto estado y muy nuevo. Por ahora todo el personal a sido muy amable. Estoy en la habitación 1702. Y las vistas son magníficas el tamaño de la habitación es bastante grande. Solo extraño un mini bar para que sea realmente un lujo. Tiene parking es muy cómodo en el mismo centro

  Grand Indeed!

  First class service, staff very friendly! Rooms are spectacular- very clean, attention to detail is second to none. Concierge staff were very professional and quick to help. A La Carte breakfast was also brilliant! Will be back!

  Courteous Staff made our stay well worth it especially on Christmas Eve. Highly recommended.

  It was a very pleasant stay. The staff were very attentive, courteous and friendly. They made our stay well worth it. The hotel is very well maintained and clean. Highly recommended. We'll definitely come back.

  Disappointing Birthday Stay

  Stayed here in December for a double celebration...my birthday and a promotion. I originally had my name down to stay here for being a key worker incase i was unable to go home, so i was really looking forward to staying here for my birthday instead of necessity as a key worker. Upon arrival we were told to "wait there" as we stood in line...we weren't going to come forward to the desk until we were called, however it was a very abrupt welcome... We then got to the room and no mention of my birthday, no note or anything. Very disappointing... i have worked all year and this was my first hotel stay in months and i was so disappointed. The windows were dirty, there was face marks on them, the toilet seat was loose and there were dirty marks along the bath tub, also when i went to take my hastings duck...he was dirty and filled with water.... so obviously not clean! I was so disappointed in the cleanliness of the room, considering this hotel was for key workers like myself during the height of the covid crisis. We then went for drinks in the observatory and my husband had to said to the waiters about it being my birthday and they later placed a patisserie plate in front of me saying "there you go" again no mention of my birthday,.. The room as comfortable and a good size, however it was expensive for what it is,,,ive travelled extensively around the world and i think this was the first time ive ever saw a £5 charge for ice to your room... The only really good thing about the hotel was the staff at breakfast and the breakfast itself was lovely. Upon check out we were never asked how our stay was...and we were also charged extra for the beer bucket to our room, which we had to sort out. Overall not a very pleasant stay, despite me looking so forward to it, I wont be back anytime soon.

  Amazing experience

  Thanks very much, clean , the staff are supportive , humble , smiley , and the room service is outstanding , quit and I would recommend to go there again , highly recommended, its place near the train station and it was near my exam center, the path room was the best path room I have ever used , fancy , nice view from the 18th floor .
