  "Excellent Place to Stay"

  Whenever traveling, B&B's have always been our preferred form of lodging, Grand Center Inn stands head and shoulders above every other experience. We loved this place! The hosts were above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Eric was welcoming, friendly and reaching out to us before arrival and checking in during our stay, to see if we needed anything, including, recommendations for places to visit while in the city, to coordinating last minute airport transportation, wen our taxi was a no show. It was great to sleep well and awake each day "rearing to go". The shower was nice and hot with top quality fixtures. This is a beautifully restored historic building with modern comforts that everyone can appreciate, flat screen televisions, Keurig coffee and reliable Wi-Fi, and frankly, the photos do NOT do this place justice. It is beautiful! The property is located in the heart of the theatre district. As first time visits in the city, safety is a high priority. I'd selected this place for that reason. We enjoyed a peaceful stay and felt comfortable enough to explore the area on foot several times. Our week-long visit could not have been more been more delightful. We had become so attached to the inn; we spent our final evening playing a game of Clue in the parlor. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend the Grand Center Inn to other travelers.

  Kind of don't want to let people know about this place...

  Fantastic location in midtown STLeasy driving access to everything via Grand Street and Lindell Blvd. Can walk over to the Pulitzer Museum and makes a great base for a First Friday events. Be aware it does sit off by itself so some people may not feel comfortable walking to it at night. Be sure to call and ask them about the room configurationsthe kind and helpful staff can explain the different combinations / configurations you can reserve (it is confusing). The gorgeous rooms are large and beautifully decorated with nice bathrooms and masses of towels. If you rent the kitchen unit you will have a large dining table and fantastic appliances which make travelling with a group a pleasure. There is always a member of staff on site but you really don't know they are there unless you need themit feels like you are staying at your own private mansion. Wish more of these buildings had survived blight but the owners have done a magnificent job saving this building and sharing it with the public.

  Wonderful Experience!

  Our stay at the Grand Center Inn was great! It felt like we had our own little townhouse, and it as perfect walking distance from the Fabulous Fox Theater. Breakfast was delicious: fresh berries, bacon, eggs and crepes! Wish we could have stayed the whole weekend!

  Ideal B&B Experience

  We stayed here on a trip to see a favorite musician at the Powell. The B&B is on the SLU campus, a block from the theater district, and only 10 minutes from downtown. Great restaurants and bars close by, or an Uber away. The Powell Rm was on the first floor and probably the cheapest room. It was spectacular. High ceilings, gorgeous wood work, and comfortable bed. This was by far the best place weve stayed in SL and one of our favorite B&B experiences.

  Nice Inn

  We have been to the Grand Center several times and stayed in 2 different rooms. The owners are nice and helpful. The building is gorgeous and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. This is within walking distance to the Fabulous Fox Theatre and Powell Symphony. There are numerous restaurants nearby as well and a Jazz Club within blocks. So just park the car in front of the Inn and walk to entertainment and dining.
