  Típico hotel de negocios

  Hotel de negocios, impersonal, sin ningún tipo de encanto. El servicio bueno, y la habitación amplia. Ubicación: en una gran arteria de la ciudad con mucho tránsito y sin tiendas ni restaurantes. A cinco minutos en taxi hay un buen centro comercial al que sólo van los autóctonos... En las 4 horas que estuvimos no vimos a ningún otro turista!. Destacaría una cosa: la piscina. Grande y tranquila, es un descanso en medio del ruido y de la contaminación de la ciudad.

  Grand Cempaka Hotel must be smoking room

  i think grand cempaka hotel is lux hotel with low price but the furniture on room is almost old the hotel must repair the new.... some walls are stracht windows are dirty room smells of cigarettes smoke on carpet so i didnt interest to come again... sofa on lobby is dirty many strach on it..

  Disappointed!

  This hotel is terrible and FD staff needs more training. I booked my transport to the airport last night as i want to leave 5am. When i check out, nobody at FD so i have to ring their bell and after three attempts, a staff who just wake up came to check my bell. Told him i have booked my transport, he asked me to wait. Then he called a public taxi. Told him again that i booked with the hotel. He asked me for receipt, showed him, checked computer, used walkie-talkie then after 20 minutes he told me to wait. Then after 45 minutes told me-sorry no transport. So i asked for refund-he said needs approval but manager is sleeping. Finally after 1 hour , i got my refund, in a public taxi . I will never stay in this hotel again!

  Grand Cempaka in the Middle of Cempaka Putih and Jakarta as Well

  1231/5000 Grand Cempaka Hotel is a 4-star hotel strategically located in the center of Jakarta. Repeatedly I passed this place but only in early May and I had the opportunity to visit here to help organize a wedding that was held in the ballroom of this hotel. In terms of architecture, this hotel looks luxurious and sturdy. We can see from the large and tall buildings and marble materials that make up the pillars and floors. Characteristic of other classy hotel we can see from the couches on the lobby and stand the receptionist and hotel security. Some Betawi accents also appear here like wood carvings and nameplate. This is reasonable because the hotel is managed by the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta. It also adds a unique because in the midst of luxury, the hotel still presents the authentic taste of typical Betawi and the city of Jakarta in general. The parking basement is quite wide. There are parking attendants who stand by there. The staff was also alert to ask for help as we were getting ready to check out the party room. In terms of organizing the event, I think the hotel is ready and already used to receive similar events. Next time, I might have a chance to try and stay here.

  Okay but in need of rejuvenation

  Its location and room rates make up for the shortcomings. Checking in/out was slow. The room was spacious but air conditioning was not functioning well and lights were very dim. The furniture/furnishing were old and in need of rejuvenation, and so were the rest of the hotel really. Food at the main coffee house was not bad and the service there was great. One good thing to note was that the roads leading to the airport from this hotel were relatively unaffected by the major floods in February.
