  Best holiday ever.

  Me and my husband went to Bratislava in Piestany at the Grand Hotel Sergio for our 2nd honeymoon in the country side breath taking views of the lake next to the hotel. Fabulous food very clean friendly staff especially the owners son Richard he gave us tips of where to go what to eat what to do. This hotel is very relaxing quiet his English was very very good. PS he studied in my country in Malta. Its pet friendly too. Its a must go if you want to relaxing holiday. Thanks for your service we where very happy in our short stay .

  Quiet hotel not far away from the centre

  Luxury hotel with a private parking offers very pleasant stay for the guests. The room was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Althought the breakfast could offer more variety of foods it was well prepaired and tasty. Staff were kind and professional. Overall it is very good hotel.

  The best honeymoon we could ever have

  Everything at the hotel was perfect - our apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable, all the stuff of the hotel was very kind, friendly and helpful and the food was fantastic. Our stay was the best of all the holidays we ever had. Thank you very much!!!

  Above and beyond!

  The hotel interior was nice, we especially enjoyed the billiard room with the fire place and the leather couches. Our room was lovely and we had a great time relaxing in the sauna!But what really made the trip outstanding was the staff: our car broke down on the way to the hotel and all of the staff went above and beyond to help us out in this stressful situation - stranded in a foreign country where we don't know the language and without an idea what to do with the car and how to get home. They found someone to take car of the car, organized a meet-up and the conditions and found us an alternative way to get home. They are the reason we could enjoy our vacation despite this unfortunate event.Thank you so much! We'd come again any time!

  What a lovely hotel

  We stayed for 3 nights an everything was excellent. Room was very nice and clean, food was very tasty and good selection and staff working there made our stay even betterAll of them were very friendly, helpful and polite.I have to mention the masseur Alexandra she is precize and know what she is doing.We loved the room next to the lobby with green leather sofas and fish tank with piranhas All of the hotel has an amazing atmosphere.
