  No alojarse

  Saque este hotel, ya que por lo que se veía estaba bien ubicado y parecía un lindo hotel. Grave error, el hotel es sucio, no hacen las habitaciones, cuando pones el cartel de que hagan la limpieza de la habitación te sacan el cartel para no hacerla, no reponen el papel higienico y hay que ir a recepción para solicitarlo, el desayuno no es muy bueno, lo único positivo es que el aire acondicionado de la habitación es bueno. Si uno quiere descansar tampoco es recomendable porque la zona es bastante ruidosa por las fiestas de los otros hoteles alrededor, si uno quiere descansar es mejor ir a Station 3. En definitiva no recomiendo ir a este hotel fue una gran decepción

  Absolute hell whole avoid like the plague.nothing good to say about this place stayed one night and moved on. Rooms unclean toilet seat was not there one light worked out of 5 light bulbs missing. Breakfest dog would be happy.

  Another great stay at Grand Boracay

  We visited Boracay last week and as usual stayed in our fave hotel, The Grand Boracay Resort. Were again pampered by the courteous staff, responsive to our requests and needs, what i like most is their swimming pool, big and clean. The rooms were spacious, with enough space fir our daughter to run around. Breakfast is good for the reasonable price of their room. There is room safe and umbrella inside the closet, We requested extra pillows and this was promptly granded. Overall, it was another great stay at this hotel. Highly recommended for family.

  Gost hotel

  I stayed here 5 years ago and it was ok. Since then the hotel has gone down hill. 70 rooms in this hotel maybe 5/10 rooms taken. Breakfast all by ourselves and its not even worth eating not even eggs. Its obvious the owner has given up. Its a shame as the hotel is in one of the best locations in Boracay. Bathroom was broken and in need of a major clean. Such a shame the hotel could be something nice. And as much as I want this hotel to be nice. Its just not.

  Not grand, and not a resort !

  Stayed here five nights. The staff are friendly and attentive and honestly try their best but this hotel is in serious need of a makeover. The entry/reception area is dim and unwelcoming, our room was so dark you could hardly see, the bed sheets/towels were tatty and almost threadbare. Im sure we had insect ? eggs in our bed the first night, the maid came straight away and cleaned/sprayed the room saying they were debris from the old wood dado rail. The bathroom/shower was grimey. The pool was filthy and full of leaves/twigs etc, as was the pool area. The pathway leading out to the street towards the beach led you through a small alleyway which was very dirty. Either side of the pathway the land was littered with garden rubbish/old furniture and other waste. There are numerous stray cats in the grounds. They seriously need to clean up their act. Only gave a two because of the staff, and location is only 2mins walk to the beach !
