My go to hotel in Pattaya
My fifth year running Grand Bella. Hotel is very clean and modern. Staff are always so welcoming. A real home from home. Krissy on reception is amazing. Nothing is to much trouble for her. Noi on fifth floor housekeeping is so helpful. Also a special shout out to the day time security guard. A lovely man who just doesn't stop working. Thank you Grand Bella for another great stay. See you next year.

Superb hotel and excellent staff
I always found this hotel an amazing and extremely comfortable place to stay. The staff of this hotel is well trained, knowledgable and professional. All the members of hotel staff are always so eager to help. I have no hesitation recommending this hotel for fellow travellers. Keep up with the good work. Nice hotel for short stay
We stayed in this hotel in November 2019 for 3 days. Situated in the heart of the city, it is next to the busy street yet comfy and quiet inside. We had a room on the 5th floor overlooking the premises. You can see the other 3 buildings and swimming pool in the centre. The view is really pleasing to sit in the balcony a sip a cup of ....(your choice). In case you don't have swimming costumes, you can purchase them over the counter. Even if you if you are not swimming, you can relax near the pool & just chill out. There are 2 restaurant options - Indian & Continental. So you can make your choice. The rooms are airy & comfortable. Overall a good experience.

ALQ Quarantine stay
Online reservation was a breeze. Pickup and transport from Airport to Hotel was without any hiccups. Room was spacious 38sq.m clean tidy and decor simple. Food was ample 3 times a day. Quantity much more than needed. Steaks were really bad, meat was hard. Other than that no complains. Housekeeping twice in 15 days needs to improve on frequency. 14 days quarantine stay is a bit tiresome considering there was no greenery view from the room. Package forTHB 39,000 no complains.

Excellent quarantine hotel, really good food.
I stayed at Grand Bella Pattaya for my quarantine. Clean and nice rooms, food is excellent. Very friendly staff upon arrival and during stay very helpful. Would definitely reccomend this place for anyone needing a hotel to quarantine in Pattaya. All round brilliant hotel.
