  Just so so

  I was with my friend here.the room was good enough but the staff should be improve. The resto also good and the foods are almost perfect. Just need to be inproved for serving. The location also strategic in the middle of the city. Service service please

  No Service at all

  I dont know how many stars this hotel categorize, but i feel that the hotel is loosing the service spirit. Most probably they are busy with occupancy or maybe they are overwhelmed with that. This is my second time stayed in this hotel, before i stayed for about 8 or 7 years a go. I have a meeting for two days in this hotel and staying 4 nights. Service from the employee (front office, roomboy, coffee shop waiter/ waitresses and banquets are substandard The competitions are fierce, so then improvement is a must

  Love this hotel

  The grand Anugerah is the best location in Bandar Lampung and the food at the restaurant is also. The hotel is very reasonably priced and always clean and comfy! Will definitely be coming back next time i'm in the city!!

  a stopover hotel for travellers

  the hotel was located mid city. whilst in the map its proximity to local shoppings, in reality its not as it didnt take into account the one way roads and traffic jam around the hotel. popular among travellers as pit stop hotels (as i chatted among breakfast attenders, most stayed overnight only) room were standard with cleanliness issues in lobby and room. breakfast menu was sub par. best place was secured and huge parking areas

  Bad Experience

  Me and my family booked 4 rooms with double bed through hotel reservation but when we come to the hotel they said we only book 1 room! Yesterday one of their staff already contact us to confirm our booking. How come when we arrived there is no room for us?! We need 4 rooms with double bed but at the end they give us 2 rooms with double bed & 2 rooms with twin bed.
