  Excellent location, really lovely hostess.

  Really friendly welcome and greeted with a cup of tea and biscuits. Lovely view from room of mountains and kookaburras. Very flexible checkout letting us return and use the room on our last day to shower after walking up Mt. Sturgeon. Breakfast left a little to be desired, just toast and cereal, no fresh fruit or fruit juice, and instant coffee. But the newspapers were a nice touch. Fridge in room was a bit smelly and didn't get very cool.

  Perfection!

  This place was perfect. It was cosy, quiet, very clean & the host was great. She always made sure we were comfortable & happy. She shared fun things for us to do & provided a clean, yummy & quiet breakfast. The location was also perfect with an amazing view of Mt Sturgeon. We will be back!

  Lovey place to lay your head

  I found this place accidentally through this website as I wanted something different on our road trip to Melbourne. This B &B was lovely and fantastic views of the southern Grampian ranges. There are 3 rooms with a shared dining room which supplied a continental breakfast of cereals, fruits, yoghurts and the ability to cook your own toast with lots of condiments. The host is lovely and very accommodating. Great place to stay.

  Perfect place for a perfect weekend

  Comfortable and close to everything. Eda was a wonderful host and was attentive to all our needs. The short walk to the Parker St Project was delightful under the gaze of a curious wallaby. Breakfast was a delight, stewed fruit and a range of local produce. The rooms are well designed and comfortable, Mount Sturgeon visible from the bed I slept in. Lovely little verandah to hang out with others that travelled with us. Excellent.

  Dunkeld stopover

  The B&B is probably better described as a mini 3 unit motel. The units are studio with queen bed,2 easy chairs, small frig and a tea/coffee making facility. Clothes storage is a small cupboard (no hangers) and there was no table (significant later). Definitely quiet and short distance to our usual stay (The Royal Mail). What let the stay down was the breakfast-a basket with apiece croissant ,bottle of juice and a peach. No cutlery,plateware,jam or butter and the croissant's were cold. Of course no table to wrestle with the provisions. Covid or not there has been sufficient time to come up with a meaningful breakfast. We checked out and went to the Old Bakery for breakfast. Next time it will be back to the tried and trued and more expensive Royal Mail
