  Peaceful and relaxing, great for families

  I stayed recently in Spring with my husband and two children aged 7 and 11. I was reluctant to stay here looking at the photos online but was pleasantly surprised once we arrived. The pyramids are really spacious and are like little houses with everything that you could need (they even had gloves to do the washing). The fireplace and extra split system meant that we were never cold and the fully equipped kitchen meant that we could cook for our fussy kids who hate going to restaurants. The bedrooms downstairs are medium sized but the one upstairs was huge. The bedroom upstairs is at the top of the stairs and is all open so it suited us but would not really suit two families or people who want privacy. As others have said the pyramids do need an update and the shower would not really suit older people as you need to take a big step into a spa bath to have a shower. Outside of the pyramid it was lovely to see kangaroos and the kids have fun in the canoes. Overall it suited us and we all really enjoyed our time here. We will definitely return.

  Beautiful

  Thank you so much for a wonderfull stay my husband and i loved the kangaroos and the cute geese . And it was wonderfull get away that was much needed so thank you and the fact that i could bring my dog and he loved it as well so once again thank you and we will defiantly be back

  Grampians for the weekend

  We recently stayed the weekend at Grampians Getaway in Pyramid 2. What a wonderful place! Nestled next to the Grampians and only 5 mins drive from Halls Gap it is situated perfectly for a getaway. Very clean, neat and tidy and the new owners are so welcoming and are gradually overhauling the outdated decor. Loved waking up to the birds singing and to look out the windows at the wonderful views!! Would highly recommend staying here for your Grampians holiday :)

  Unique building in beautiful location

  The pyramids are located in an awesome area with lots of wildlife, we especially enjoyed having blue wrens at our back door. The enclosed area was perfect for our small dog and he LOVED having such a different environment to explore! Units were well appointed with comfy beds.

  Great spot for people and dogs

  We stayed three nights, two people and our dog. Its a great design, with a loft upstairs, with living area, full kitchen, laundry, bathroom and two bedrooms downstairs. Im not sure how youd go with more than one family, but for us it was great. The place is designed for dogs, with a great little courtyard fully enclosed and dog-friendly interior. The dam is great for a walk around with the dog, and the setting is marvellous. The Grampians are stunning, and Grampians Getaway was a great base.
