  Clean, convenient and friendly b & b on Blackpool's North Shore

  Conveniently located close to the promenade, Pleasant Street tram stop & a short walk to the town centre & tower, Grampian House is a small B & B offering very good value. Breakfast is cereals, toast & jams, fruit juice, tea or coffee,with a cooked option £2 extra. Wi fi is provided free. My single room was clean, well equipped with tea & coffee making, flat screen tv, good ensuite and a very comfortable bed. Its surprisingly quiet too. There is a small lounge area, part of the dining room.Overall, a very nice place to stay, and good value.

  Ok, But a dated decor, breakfast only included toast and cerials

  Expedia advised car parking available, but this was only on street parking, but I was lucky to park on the same street, interior was quite dated, but satisfactory. Expedia Advised Breakfast was included. But What was included was not a full english, that you had to pay extra but was just toast and cerials. I did not pay extra on principle

  Great B.and B In Blackpool

  On visiting the Grampian House I was most pleased by its friendly owners and the level of cleanliness, Room was spotless, bathroom modern, bed and bedding excellent. Price was great and the continental breakfast was adequate. Cooked breakfast was great and value for money. Place was quiet no noisy guests and quiet street with sea front a two minute walk and the shops and bars on the next street and close to the tower and shopping center. Railway station six minute walk. I would recommend the Grampian for a hassle free stay in Blackpool.

  Holiday

  Stayed at this lovely hotel mon 9th sept to fri 13th Sept 2019 most welcoming guys very clean fresh hotel excellent service excellent cooked breakfast and on the last night we had a problem that the guys went above and beyond helpful to help fix that happen on a night out can highly recommend it very quiet peaceful

  Recommended

  Clean, very lovely owners that will do anything to help, and bend over backwards to make your stay a very pleasant and nice stay. They even provided me with a mini fridge. Such fantastic value for money, ill 100% be returning here... currently staying in Room 2. Thankyou guys :)
