    Lovely place with excellent breakfast

    The hotel is super clean, with excellent service and polite staff. It is located a 20 minute metro drive from Serdika, and the metro can be used with ease. I would ignore all comments about the inconvenience of the location, as this can be easily checked on Google Maps. :) The breakfast was excellent, with the most amazing omelette. Would recommend

    A great place to stay in Sofia

    I was in Sofia for a business trip and was the guest of Grami for 3 nights. They offer 3 kind of rooms and I managed to test them all. The rooms are big, the interior design is very nice. The Sky Bar is on the top floor, where you can enjoy the view of Vitosha Mountain while you are having some great food. The Wellness Center has many opportunities, you can have a refreshing massage, relax in the saunas or train your body in the gym. The gym is not that equipped as a separate gym but can be used. The only negativity about it there is no water and towels prepared, you have to pay for everything at the reception desk. Also no option to drink a protein shake after you finished. But to highlight something, I would like to talk about the crew. I have never ever met with such a great hotel staff. They are all very kind, and I really enjoyed every little piece of conversation made with them. Thank you for the mouth-watering omlette and for your kindness! The young lady in the Sky Bar was just the icing on the cake. She really tries to please the guests and makes our day better with her smile.

    Ideal hotel

    This is the second time that I stay in this hotel and I am pleased both of them. Nice, big, clean and modern rooms, quiet , with a fast wireless internet connection gives you the opportunity to work or relax. Kind, friendly and very helpful personal,will do their best to keep you satisfied while staying there. About the location, close to business Park with a parking in case you have a car. Breakfast is descent and complete. I have no idea about the restaurant as I didn't eat in the hotel although a couple of times I used room service for a snack and pizza was descent and very well cooked. Overall this is a nice hotel and you get what you pay for and even more so it is actually a value for money hotel.

    Excellent hotel in Sofia

    We spent one night at Grami Hotel transiting Sofia. After I made the reservation, I e-mailed and requested a packed breakfast, they replied immediately and said a packed breakfast will be ready for us when we check-out. When we arrived, the staff at the reception was very nice, polite and helpful. The hotel has ample parking space, it is modern and very clean. We were 3 adults, they checked us in a family suite with a large living-room, kitchen and two bedrooms. The bathroom is modern and very clean. We will definitely go back to this hotel when we pass through Sofia again.

    Excellent

    Had to travel to Sofia for a work event, great hotel, near the Malinov boulevard so its easy to go anywhere from there if you are using a car, bus stop and metro stops are near aswell, great thing is that they have their own parking lot so you wont have to worry about where you are gonna leave your car which otherwise would be a huge issue, room was spacious and clean with a balcony, comfy bed and pleasent staff, would definetly stay there on my next visit to Sofia, only drawback i'd say is the noise from the traffic going trough the boulevard but that cant be at the hotel's fault, not much you can do about that. Didn't have time to try out the breakfast so i can't give an opinion there.
