  Un fallo garrafal

  Mi opinión es que nunca volveré a este hotel. La razón es que estando el siglo XXI la conexión a internet es considerablemente penosa. Por lo demás tampoco vale gran cosa.Lo único aceptable es el camarero español agradable. Lo demás carece de alegría absolutamente

  Almost or close to a perfect hotel

  We spent a week of skiing in the nice village of Ischgl and we were staying at Gramaser with half board. The hotel is central located, close to the cabin. It took about 3 minutes to walk there. It is not a big hotel, in my opinion it is just perfect. The staff was very professional and service minded. Our room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was newly renovated at I loved that it had a big bathtub. A nice small spa, with saunas and relaxing area. Since half board was included in the price we had breakfast and dinner there every day, and we could not do any better. First of all the breakfast had everything. Fresh baked bread, white to dark. You could have an omelette made, fresh fruit and vegetables, cheese, different types of ham, turkey etc. I do not think anyone could be missing anything. If I could think of one improvement, it should be that the chef that made the omelettes could be starting to cook when the breakfast opened. Most of the times she or he started around 7:50, even though the breakfast started to serve at 7:30. Dinner was incredible! So much good food, you really got a lot of dishes to choose from. Soups, fresh salads, 2 or 3 starters. 2 main courses every day at the menu, so well prepared and delicious. After you could have some really good cheeses and if you still had any room left you could have 2 fresh desserts. They had a really good selection of nice wines and our Spanish waiter Miguel (I hope the name is correct) knew what he was talking about. He gave us such a nice service and made us feel welcome every morning and evening. A special thanks to him <3 . The only negative thing about Gramaser is that they allow smoking in the bar, as many places in Austria.That means that when you pass through to the restaurant and the lobby it is filled with smoke. At year 2017, for me, it is very difficult for me to understand why they allow it. The management should think of making a smoking room with doors to close. Cigarette smoke is dangerous and should not be allowed in public areas. This is a hotel that I can highly recommend and we have already booked the same week next year. Can't wait!

  Very nice dinner

  Service was great , quick and professional . Snails as starter very good , recommendation for fresh asparagus ( season started today ) excellent . Very good wine list . Prices reasonable . The place in Ischgl worth to visit .

  amazing

  top hotel and nightclub, near to the casino ischgl with poker, in the showarena, and not far away from champagner club, trofana alm.... half board was also verry good, as well as the service team of the hotel we will come again

  Really pleased...

  Weve been coming to Gramaser (although not the last 2 years) for about 10 years. We were pleasantly surprised at the service and the ambience and the improvements that have been made overall to the hotel. We have already booked for next year. Well done to Carol and the team! (Special shout to our waiter Joseph who was always ahead of the things we needed )
