  Hotel for young families

  Classic style hotel that is very accommodating for families, esp with younger kids. There are large backyard with kids playground, mini water park and even a small course of pony ride. Unfortunately most attractions except for the outdoor swimming pool, are for additional cost even for hotel guests. The paid attractions are also open for public, thus you may come across many local tourists. The hot water pool is located in the mini water park, hotel guest gets a voucher for one access per day. During the day, the view of the Mount Ciremai can be clearly seen from the hotel. The room are spacious, we stayed in the executive roon. Plenty of space for one extra bed (the cost includes breakfast but no voucher for the mini water park). There are also rooms with connecting door for those who are in larger group. The service was very satisfactory. On our first night after a long trip, we discovered that the sheets was not quite clean, the housekeeping readily changed them for us. Every staff were also friendly including those at the hotel restaurant across the street. The breakfast was adequate. I especially enjoy the eggs, freshly made according to your request even the peculiar ones. The coffee was great, thick black one, you can really taste it. In terms of reeevation, it can be quite difficult to get a booking on popular booking websites during the holiday season. I recommend calling the hotel directly to confirm whether they really are fully booked. If you are on the other side of the world, make sure that you call at a reasonable time.

  Short vacation

  As always, it was nice to be back, staff were very friendly, delicious food, comfort & nice room, the best thing is spa therapy, aquamedic, whats a magic. You feel so refresh afterward, so for those who wants to have something different, try and enjoy it. So recommended!

  First time dissapointed

  Many times had a pleasant stay here, but not this time. The room is good as usual, but the bathroom had a very bad odor, and the hot water was under my expectation. I understand there is no certain regulation for smoking in this hotel, but please, make one! Its over midnight, some smoking men were playing cards, and the smell of smoke were very disturbing. I hope my next stay will be more delighted than this time.

  Natural Hot Springs Spa Hotel in West Java

  Everytime I stay here its just getting better and better. Many rooms have been refurbished into modern furnitures. With friends we stayed at VIP lodge with 2 bedrooms and living room, to the main door facing right to the private hot spring pool. And to the west is gorgeous Ciremai Mountain (3075 m) stands still, the highest volcano mountain in West Java. This hotel spa and resorts is huge and has so many attraction/facilities within the compound. From paddy field, jogging track, pets, fishing pond, soccer field, 3 swimming pools and many more. When staying you must indulge yourself with this hot spring and spa with professional method. The price is also very friendly. The only note to be improved of this hotel is less variety of menu. And taste is still standard.

  Great Hotel with Great Location

  I stayed here on the business trip to have a gathering with travel agents in the hotel. Got a room #110 and spacious enough to bring along all of your family. It has 2 swimming pools and one just in front of your hotel room. Great food here for breakfast you have many variation. From the hotel parking lot you can see the greatest mount of Cireme. It's so Gigantic!...
