  Would not stay here again

  I was not told prior to my reservation that the pool was not going to be available for everyone. Got charged $40 for parking of two nights and the parking lot is horribly small definitely not worth $40. The hotel does not provide breakfast in the mornings or nothing, not even a bottle of water.

  Not worth the trouble

  It was a very reasonable price, but the amenities were less than desirable. The toilet ran all weekend despite informing the front desk, the parking ramp is ridiculously tight, would not recommend anything bigger than a car. Overall, not worth the deal.

  Overall it was can excellent stay as normal...great front desk help upon arrival...room was really comfortable they are always very clean and quiet....Absolutely.recommend this property for leisure or business

  Bad Experience at The Graduate Lincoln

  The room we stayed in. Had hair on the shower walls. The shower drain was backed up and flooded the bathroom. making it to the carpet. Imagine going out on the town all night, when you get to the hotel all you want to do is take a shower and go to bed. Well upon our arrival at 3:00AM. We found out housekeeping had not been there. We called the front desk and was advised because of Covid-19 you had to call and make an appointment. I get that but what I do not understand is why nobody said anything about housekeeping being scheduled at check-in. We were there two days. We had stayed there in the past for two days and did not have to do this schedule thing. We had to deal with this for another half hour to get towels, toilet paper and nose tissue before we could take a shower and go to bed. The last thing is the parking ramp. I do not know who designed it but anybody that has a full sized truck would not fit. I have a friend that stayed at the hotel and he had to park on the street. In any event the walls are concreate and very close together. You can see the previous damage that has happened to vehicles wile trying to make the corner in the garage. Everything was a tight fit. The part that really had me upset was when I finally made it to the third level, there was no light, so now besides it being a tight turn, now I have no light to see. I made all the way to the top which also did not have a light, only to find out the entire parking ramp was full. So I had to come back down, which was much harder. I am wondering how hard can it be to put in a counting system and when the lot is full do not let the gate open and put a flashing sign that reads Lot Full? Not to mention I had to make certain at check out to have them take off the charge for parking because I did not park in the lot, that night. This trip, this time was not fun. Which leads me to think , will ever stay at your hotel again?

  Fun! Retro! Comfortable! Welcoming!

  Enjoyed an evening at Graduate Lincoln. We were only in town for a few hours but enjoyed the time we were at the Graduate. Staff was extremely friendly. Rooms were very clean. Hotel is in a good location for taking in the city of Lincoln. Pet friendly. $25 charge for your dog to stay in the hotel overnight with you. Our only concern was the parking garage We have a suburban and getting the suburban through the parking garage proved to be quite a challenge. There are a couple oversize vehicle parking spots however they were all taken. Parking is $15 overnight for your vehicle. We loved the Decour. Everything is well decorated and very retro! Definitely would stay here again if we are in the area.
