Roof terrace restaurant7th floor terrace charge 12eur for Aperol Spritz with very average serving. Very overpriced, quality service and menu just very average. Compared to price normal price scale in Lithuania generally this place is catastrophe. High price does not mean good customer experience. Unfortunately I can not recomend this place for any one and just recommend avoid it. You can find better places for your money. Things can change if they cut prices about 33-50%

Not a good first impressionGradiali appears on the outset to be a nice shiny new hotel, which it is. But first impressions mean everything to guests when booking into a hotel, especially if booking into a particular hotel for the first time. Now maybe I'm wrong. I consider myself very well travelled and have stayed in hotels all over Europe, North America, The Middle East, Far East and Africa so I can pretty much spot a good hotel or a bad one when I see them. Lets get back on topic. The Gradiali hotel in Palanga. As I stated earlier first impressions are everything. The young lady that checked us in could not have been more miserable even if she tried and found her to be quite rude. It was almost akin to someone having their smile surgically removed and having it replaced by a permanent scowl. Perhaps she had a bad day but if you can't stand the heat! Get out of the kitchen. A checkin like that can quite easily change the mood of your holiday. Only a people person should be on any front desk. Moving on! The rooms were spacious and modern, comfortable, airy. We had a nice big balcony and was nice to sit out there in the evenings. I certainly could not fault the cleaning staff, they were very helpful and done a great job. One morning we woke up with water streaming out the side of the air conditioner. It took two times to report it before anything was done. Poor communication between the reception and ourselves. The maintenance guys showed up one evening without any notice. At least it got fixed. One night when we returned from town we appeared to have lost our room keys. When we went to reception to inform them the response was "Now thats going to be bad". Not exactly great customer service. But eventually we did get a replacement key. Luckily for us the restaurant where we left the room keys phoned the hotel to let us know they found our keys. Phew!! Strangely enough though, the swimming pool is only available for all guests from 6pm onwards. Never seen that in a hotel before. Initially when it came to booking a treatment in the spa it appeared to be confusing. Staff did not appear to know what the others were doing. We appeared to get a bit of a run around at first, almost expecting Jeremy Beadle to jump out any moment. But alas, he didn't and then it hit home that these people genuinely didn't know. Apart from that the stay was quite pleasant, great breakfast choice in the morning

Lovely hotel-spaWe visited Gradiali in August. Nice, clean room, food was ok, choice not so big, but always we find what to eat. Spa, massages, was excellent. Few minutes walk to lovely sandy beach. On the 8th floor lovely terrace, where you can enjoy beautiful sunset with the glass of drink. Recommended place to stay.
