5 star facility but 3 star staff capabilitytheir English is poor, many time we have miscommunication regarding the pick up transport to /from airport. the rooms is large and 5 star facility, but the carpet was damp. the price is quite cheap for this 5 star facility, but resulted in alot of miscommunication with the hotel staff. many times i call to room service, but they just flashing me back and forth to another number, then finally someone need to come to my room and talk face to face, i even need to make some drawing so they can understand. and the breakfast has very few variance, and mostly are pork. for anyone cannot eat pork, you can only have bread and egg.

Great hotelFive star hotel with good sized rooms with great bathroom. Pleasantly decorated. Only downsides were breakfast which was chinese style and not so suitable for westerner, lack of public internet service (althought broadband is available in your room if you bring your own computer) and lack of English news channel - why no CCTV9?. Better use the coffee shop for western breakfast at extra cost. Large swimming pool and great mountain view. Hotel manual needs proof reading and correction by a native English speaker.

Good value but can be improvedWe stayed at this hotel for one night visiting family and booked 3 rooms. This hotel's location appears tranquil as all rooms have a view of the pool and surrounded by mountains but as the evening progressed it was actually quite noisy, not too sure if this is a common occurance. The pool was the largest I have ever seen and the pool area was lovely and very family orientated, it was even said that the pool water came directly from the mountains. There is an in-door pool but this was empty. The gym facilities were below average and poorly ventilated, it was more like home gym equipment. Our room was clean and in working order, however one of the other family member's room had plugs missing and light bulbs out. The hotel is beautifully decorated with spacious bedrooms, fairly modern bathroom (shower only) and a well-sized balcony with stunning views. I do feel that this hotel needs much improvement in terms of catering for tourists as their english is very poor, if not non-existent, there is only cable WIFI in the rooms, there is only 1 english channel and the food and beverage outlets mostly cater for the chinese. Overall it was an average experience.

Nice and tranquil hotelStayed here for one March night on a group tour. Hotel is closed to nearby attractions (Karst cave). Hotel is in a rural area so air was clean and quiet. Huge lobby with typical chinese furnishings, lots of woods and sculptures, calligraphies. Communication in English is not their focus, so having knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) would be extremely helpful. We have spacious room of two single beds, each with standard size bed about 4' wide, comfy. Wifi is adequate. TV I didn't find English channel. Amenities such as slippers, robes, toiletries, hairdryer are all there. Shower is hot and strong. Only puzzling thing in the room I found common in many hotels in China is the use of glass walls (albeit semi-opaque by using patterns) in the bathroom. One can see through from the living/bedroom areas, does not provide complete privacy. The other oddity is placement of light switches--take a little getting use to. Breakfast buffet was decent by Chinese standards, but Westerners may find it lacking since most food are typical chinese fares and you are not going to find ham and eggs, omelets or banger and mash here or good old fashioned strong coffee.

Excellent stayWe had a twin room with 2 single beds. The rooms is big, comfortable, spacious and clean. There is a service balcony facing the swimming pools. I like best is the bathroom towels is super soft and clean. All the toiletries is provided.
