  Perfect base

  We have picked this hotel to explore the surrounding areas plus the neighbor countries (Austria and Slovenia). The room was average. The minibar fridge was not able to cool down anything in several days, the mattress was not good. The food and service was ok however the price of the beverages were quite steep. The negative part was the canteen next to the pools. 8% service fee for a self-service "restaurant" was ridiculous. We travelled with out 4 y.o. child and the animators (Dori and Viktor) were awesome by providing entertaining programs to our girl and other children.

  Crowded

  This place is interestingly out of usual scope for neighbouring countries (A, SLO) - it is located on three state area (Austria, Hungary, Slovenia). A lot of Thermal spas can be found in diameter of 30 kilometres. We visited on national holiday - place was crowded - no deckchairs available after 12 am. Mostly local residents - some tourists. Receptionist was very unfriendly, two out of three keys didnt work on wardrobe lockers. Some parts of pool area are very dirty. Pool safety guards are located of main pool area - occupied by each other. Safety is here - something to eat. Prices are affordable and pool restaurant is ok ( crowded too).

  Great hotel

  This hotel is the best one in the surrounding area. It is conncected to the termal spa so you can use it whole day. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food is Great and the staff is friendly as well. Definitely worth of stay.

  Perfect family hotel & spa

  Highly recommended for families with kids (and small pets). Delicious buffet breakfast and dinner. Varied spa with lot of pools and joy. Helpful staff, good price and value rating with potential discounts.

  Team building holiday

  We visit this place with my colleagues for a team building weekend. This hotel is amazing. Our room was nice, big and clean. They changed towels every day, bathroom was also very clean a fully equipped. Our balcony faced to the outside pools of the Spa. As it was January the outside pools were closed, but the Spa was also very good. The restaurant was also very nice, the breakfast was with very wide selection and tasty. The only negative thing what I can mention that during the dinner there was very long lines in front of the buffet table. The hotel was fully booked so there was so many person and we waiter 30 min in line and again 20 min if we want to eat more... But all the food was good. The extra is the dog menu! Amazing! This is a really pet friendly hotel!
