  Much less than expected

  The setting itself is amazing ; rooms are nice . Best thing is location, fascinating views. So great that hotel has everything for best winter experience , you simply go to 7th floor , where are the lockers for ski/snowboard and the renting service of equipment is also there . Best! I will definitely come back also for summer and next winter if the following will be changed : Breakfast is poor, very small variety , slow service , hardly refill the empty dishes , eggs I ordered had been cooking 25 minutes and then served burned . Breakfast goes till 11.00 , but at 10.00 I was told that they dont want to serve more pancakes anymore ...twice we left hungry. Reception : there is much to be improved .check in and check out was good , but rest of the information request and service expected from reception was very poor ; hotel even didnt have a medical kit , when I cut my finger and it was bleeding non stop for 40 minutes they told me twice they cant help , I had to go to 7th floor to office where I rented snow board equipment to borrow bandage before I could go to pharmacy.

  A quite, warm and clean place to stay

  I stayed there 22-25 March Hotel was very very clean. Staff are very polite and friendly but unfortunately many of them (even at reception desk) can not speak english ! Rooms are very very clean and big enough. You can fine everything you need at your room. Breakfast was very poor. Taxi from hotel is more expensive of other taxis (about to time more...!) and one big problem I got a small scar. when i asked for a band aids they told me "there is no first aid supplies and you must go to pharmacy!" . And the nearest pharmacy was 15 min away! so if you want stay at this hotel be very careful about yourself because there is no help for you. At the last issue (it was the first i could see) you must pay immediately the cost of anything you need at lobby or other place in hotel. They dont accept billing that you can pay at check out.

  Luxury service by affordable price

  Me and my family spent here a few beautiful days! We liked this hotel for lots of reasons, location, welcoming staff, nice views, all of that gave us a sence of inner peace and truly unique experience! We will come back here soon thanks to all of that!

  Absolutely Stunning

  We stayed a few nights at this property. The hospitality at this property was at its best. Eduard from guest relations made all the difference. He was so welcoming so helpful and supportive. Everyone at the property was courteous. In true sense they valued hospitality. We used the complimentary Rixos Spa as a part of novotel and that we think was great. The hotel also offered free cable car to lower floor as well as free shuttle after cable car timings. All in all the hotel is in an amazing location, beautiful views, great rooms, amazing hospitality and everything one needs on a holiday.

  Novotel Resort Krasnaya Polyana Sochi

  True definition of amazing hotel. The room was very comfortable and luxury. The view was impeccable. The staff was amazing. The breakfast buffet at the top floor is beyond exceptional. The view of the mountains while eating breakfast on the patio was from a different world. The surrounding area was very pleasant and quiet. Take the cable cart down to the main street and enjoy shopping call my gambling and above all cuisines. Or you can take the cable cart up to explore high elevation mountains.
