  the only advantage is location

  whoever gave this hotel 4 stars should be fired. just a few facts: - it's really dirty, i have never ever experienced a room so unclean - we had three people in three different rooms - all of us had complaints! one still had stuff from previous guests, another room was all dirty and mine had the balcony door broken. -no hairdryer (4 stars, really?) -for breakfast they serve pea salad (russian style) and mostly fried food, the selection is not that bad though we all complained to reception about our rooms. they told us they will fix it. when they didn't fix things we required to talk to director. the director threatened to give the money back to us and told us to move out (i would if i were not there for the wedding). so she tells me to move into a different room, i agree. Then she come back and tells me - you know this room is worse than the one you are staying in. so she said they will fix everything. We came back in the evening and there was champaign and flowers. but the door was still not fixed, the dirt was still there (they cleaned up only the obvious places). We also got to save a couple of foreigners who wanted to stay there i saw them leave 4 hours after their check in. It's not worth your money and you will waste your tim complaining to their administration.

  Good hotel for reasonable price

  We visited this hotel in the end of April so it was not very crowded. Rooms are clean and comfortable though a little bit old-fashioned. We noticed that noise isolation between rooms is not very good. Fortunately, our neighbours were very calm. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Food was not bad taking into account price. Hotel is in the second row from the sea in the centre of the town. If you plan to visit Jurmala, this hotel could be a reasonable choice. Good luck!

  Eiropa Jomas house!!!

  It was really super apartments! We was tree persons. White towels, bathrobes, hygiene products. There was everything, who you need for your stay! Dishwasher, washing machine, Kitchen dishes, Kitchen accessories. Cozy and spacious apartment. We recommend this fantastic hotel/apartments!!!

  Basic for the money

  Advertising photo shows quaint blue wooden building. But the rooms are in 3 storey slab building behind. 1st night we had a small room without bar fridge. After complaining we moved for rest of week to 3 roomed much nicer apartment including fridge, microwave and kitchen sink. Hair dryer provided on request from reception. Major key problem is the extremely low quality beds/mattresses which collapse on the sides due to much use! Hence uncomfortable sleep. Rooms are sold as double bed which in reality equals 2 singles pushed together hence creating a crack between the two and again uncomfortable sleeping. Breakfast is buffet of European style with hot and cold adequate options. Location is very good right near beach and main mall for eateries. Staff could benefit from western style customer service skills training to enhance their relationship building with paying guests.

  Perfect vacation

  We are definitely coming back! Because: Good location.Sea side its 2min walk from hotel.Quite area.Nice and tidy rooms with comfortable beds.Very friendly staff.Yummy breakfast. THANKS FOR WARM STUYING
