  Hotel céntrico y muy completo

  La segunda vez que me alojo es este hotel. En pleno centro histórico de Den Bosch, habitación correcta y limpia. Precio bastante razonable para la zona. A destacar el desayuno, muy completo. Lo recomiendo.

  Muy correcto

  De paso por Luxemburgo, encontramos este hotel. Ubicado cómodamente, cin parking y desayuno incluido, resulta muy económico y una excelente opción para alojarse. Tiene detalles de un gran hotel y el precio de uno económico. Vale la pena.

  Fantastic Stay

  I stayed here for three nights while on business in Den Bosch. I was very impressed with this property. My overnight flight from Detroit arrived at Schiphol at 5:30 in the morning. This meant that I arrived at the hotel around 8am. The lady at the registration desk said there were no room available at that time but that, as soon as housekeeping arrived at 9am, she would get them to clean a room for me. As a result I was in my room by 9:30am. My room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was included in my rate, and had a nice selection of hot and cold items at the buffet. The hotel had a bar. Bar staff were very friendly. The hotel is in the heart of Den Bosch, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and sights within walking distance. I would definitely stay in this hotel if I was in Den Bosch again.

  Centre for sure

  The City Centre Hotel is a cosy family-run hotel in the pure centre of Den Bosch, litarally 100 meters from the famous cathedral, and 1 minute from the famous restaurant street Kleine Putstraat. The hotel offers a sumptuous breakfast, and the staff is ready for support and information at all time. The in-house parking makes access easy as pie. This time we visited in the dark days before Christmas, and we hope to come back to enjoy some long summernights at the City Centre the coming summer.

  Very favourable location

  Our visit to this Best Western Hotel was generally a relaxed and pleasing one, however, there were a few hiccups to begin with and slight staff inattentiveness. Yet, Ive decided to give the benefit of the doubt and award four stars. Firstly, the hotel is much larger than youd expect. Its clearly a base for functions and parties as much as it is for travelling guests. The interior decor mixes from outmoded, out-of-the-ark style wood finishes to more modern and classic surroundings throughout. Our twin room (310) was reasonably big and the air-conditioning was thankfully totally operational and a real asset. Disappointingly, our companions rooms (301, 302) despite being required as twins came with double bed comforters, sheets and bedding. We had to ask the staff downstairs a couple of times to have this sorted as we had specifically all ordered twins. This was the beginning of some slightly inert behaviours for example, we wanted to order a taxi one day and had to wait thirty minutes for the staff to actual get a quote; another day we hired bikes from reception and it took over thirty minutes because the keys and garage door fobs were either missing or non-working; and finally drinks service at the bar was slightly off-colour. Having said all that, Im prepared to overlook it because the overall stay was a good one. Our beds were very comfortable and, whilst simple, the bathroom facilities were fine. Breakfast is a good affair with a reasonable spread of everything from breads, fruit and yoghurts to hot, cooked sustenance. COVID-19 social distancing measures are laid out through the hotel and at least in that respect the property is doing their part. The location is fantastic, along Kerkstraat, right near Sint-Janskathedraal and many bars and restaurants besides. So, on the whole a little hit and miss when it comes to the staff but they mean well, and the experience was generally quite positive.
