  Pequeños apartamentos con todas las comodidades

  En el espacio de una habitación nos encontramos con ordenador, una pequeña cocina, con vitroceramica, fregadero, microondas, hervidor. La cama es muy cómoda, la habitación silenciosa y el baño y la fontanería funciona perfectamente (el inodoro es el típico que podemos encontrar en Corea: calefactable y con funciones de bidé). El wifi también funciona perfectamente. El hotel no está demasiado lejos de la zona central (15 minutos) y cuenta con aparcamiento en vertical (muy curioso el sistema de ascensor). Aunque el desayuno tiene variedad está pensado sobre todo para clientes orientales con diferentes arroces, kimchi, etc, aunque siempre vamos a poder encontrar un café y algo de bollería. La sala de desayuno es pequeña. Todo está muy limpio y son muy amables.

  Not bad for single. Small for couples

  We found the standard room way too small for us and the bed too hard. We found if we turned on the hot water in the shower, it would start the water system which would make the a massive rattling sound, felt like the whole room was shaking. After one night in the small standard room, we had to upgrade to a largest room they had. Room size wise it was a lot better however the bed and rattling taps was still an issue. The best thing about this hotel were the staff. They were very helpful, super friendly and were the best staff out of all the places we stayed in. The area around this hotel wasn't bad, yes it is about 10 minute walk from city hall subway, however if youre into walking and exploring, there is interesting areas all around you.

  Excellent Value in a quiet area.

  We stayed here for 3 nights during our tour of South Korea. We arrived by train and at first struggled to find a taxi driver would knew where the hotel was even though we had details in Korean. We arrived abit too early and had to wait a while before the room was ready. Staff at the front desk were very helpful during our whole stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Gave us their personal recommendationsfor easting out which were good. Room was a small apartment perhaps better ssuited for one than two however it was such good value. Our room overlooked the street and was above the restuarant however apart from early evening cooking smells we had no noise and no disturbance in what is a very quiet part of the city. Room had double bed pushed up to the wall on one side which did make entry/exit difficult but not a huge issue. Room had TV, Aircon, fridge, complimentary water, WiFi cooking facilities, kettle and awashing machine. Free water and coffee availble in reception. Bathroom was OK however was more of awet room which we dont really like as water gets everywhere. No issues with hot water. Yes there was only one large towel however having contacted reception another was provided immediately. Front of house staff made anore of our 3 night stay to sensure hoiusekeeping provided two large towels each day. We did not take breakfast in the hotel (it was available) however crossed the road to Joes Cafe on weekday morning to get a cheaper and equally good breakfast. Hotel is walkable to the city Hall metro ( maybe 8 minutes easy flat walk) which gives access to the city, around this area are lots of eating/drinking and coffee places all well priced. A short walk the other way takes you to more upmarket shopping, bars and more eating places. One night asd it was rtaining we went to the chicken restaurant close by (part of achain) which was full of locals, food filling, cheap but not fancy. Small 7 to 11 next door and lots of coffee shops in the area. We would stay here again. As previously stated the front of house girls and boys were great.

  Good hotel

  It's a good size room for two people with kitchen including small refrigerator, microwave, sink & silverware. The bed & pillows are good, the bathroom is clean & prepared shampoo, conditioner, skin toner & lotion. We had the vouchers for breakfast but, couldn't eat because of no time.

  Excellent value for a short business trip

  The good morning residence is my favourite choice when I travel to Daejeon for work, which happens once or twice per year since many years. The personal at the reception is always very welcoming, professional and helpful. The room is comfortable, clean and spacious, includes a large area for work (which is what matters when business trips are at stake), as well as a small kitchenette. The Wifi is reasonably working, and the bathroom is standard. Some of the rooms are a little bit noisy, in particular because of the fridge (this happened to me twice). Concerning the hotel location, the hotel is very close to a well-deserved bus station, so that one can easily get anywhere in Daejeon, and also at 15 minutes from the airport bus station. The area is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. I must say that I was disappointed by the breakfast buffet, that is quite minimal and not particularly appealing. This however does not prevent me from coming back there every year, in particular as the quality over price ratio lies on the high side (the rates are really good).
