  MUCHO QUE MEJORAR

  Hotel abierto en Mayo 2015, personal no habla inglés. El desayuno más que buffet parece continental, y no recogen ni reponen platos en ningún momento. El gimnasio estaba vacío, sin ninguna máquina de cardio. Tuve que pagar la estancia por adelantado y se equivocaron al cobrar el minibar. Cuando hice el check-out había una amiga de la recepcionista tomando café en el mismo mostrador. Llamé por la mañana para preguntar por el horario del drive range y no supieron contestarme. y NO HAY ASCENSOR!!!!

  Hotel was great except service

  The thing is that everybody looking for great staying in Hotel- feeling where you will feel like home. It means cozy in all aspects. We had feeling like home only in Hotel room or spa zone because we didn't meet Hotel personal there. Hotel is located in quite beautiful area close to forest, great decorated, rooms are very nice, everywhere was clean, spa is amazing, food is tasty, but service... I mean personal wasn't rude to us, but we had feeling that they want to finish their work and go away as soon as possible. Would be much better if personal care more about their customers and treat them with usuall- "Have a nice meal!" or asking after check-out - If staying was nice. Give more information on reception about entertainments and rules in Hotel, so we don't need to ask so many questions, and get answers like- "Yes" or "No" or "I don't know ". If we would feel like home in all aspects include service with customers we wouldn't hesitate to book this Hotel more and more.

  Poorly managed place

  It is a beautiful place with great golf Course, it could be paradise if it would not be so poorly managed. The staff is unprofessional and not trained. It applies to all so I dont blame them, this is clearly a management issue. We waited 30min for checking in. The gentlemen at the reception let us wait for 10min while he had a private conversation on phone. The table we wanted for dinner was reserved, there was a little sign, they actually have this everywhere. But nobody came for the table and we had our average dinner at an average table. The aircon in the bedroom does not work. Etc It would not be an issue if you would not be charged the price of a 4 or 5 stars hotel in Prague while you are in the middle of the countryside. Great potential but will keep disappointing customer until the place is properly managed.

  Great Place

  +our room was funtastic and facing the golf course, wonderful great wellness and cool surroundings of the hotel. We will make it a tradition of visiting every year. -In general services in the restaurant doesnt potray the high standards of the place, below standards especially the young boys and girls. -Food in general, based on the setting of the resort is basically avarage.

  Very good hotel

  Everything was perfect. Room was clean and big! Foo in the restaurant was delicious and quite cheap. Hotel is near the beautiful woods where you can go hiking. The pool is beautiful, glasses walls everywhere.
