  The dirtiest hotel I visited, the Restaurant is full of flies ( insects) , the tables are horrible the cleaning of it between clients are funny , the first time i feel the flies in the beach because of the dirtiness, the rooms also are very dirty especially the bathroom , the food not bad , the rooms space are good , the place needs alot of work from the administration especially the dirtiness all over the resort

  Great golf bay landscape

  My room was on the 9th floor with golf bay land scape which was very attractive for us and reason for relaxing. Also there were pools below the apartment and a kid playing area.the worst thing there is flies are alot and very annoying

  Worst hotel customer service faced in my entire life.

  Due to business travel I stay in at least 15 hotel a year, at Porto Marina resort & Spa, I faced the worst customer service in my entire life. - A problem to enter the hotel had to wait outside for an hour. - Extremly Rude reception staff. - Gave us the wrong room. - This one is new, they've disabled the phone line so we don't get through to the front desk. - now waiting for them to send someone to transfer us to the right room, already been an hour & 15 minutes. - Zainab at the reception has a terrible attitude and talks to customers as if they work for her. Definitely not a place you want to visit if you're looking to have a good time.

  Next time in porto marina but it was a best time kids are so happy with animation and place is so good weather is perfect i love all north cost. Special porto thank you all staff to make this place so good and great .. big thank you porto marina

  Hello iam amr from falestin it's my first time here despite i went to sharm and very places to enjoy my summer but i loved porto marina the weather is very good and treatment is beautiful i will come here every summer and i hope everyone from my country to come here and i loved the team at beach at the end thanks all
