  Awful, outdated and so noisy!

  My room was outdated, in serious need of refurbishment. We were put up quite a few flights of stairs despite a lady in 70s having trouble with stairs and lift out of order. The stairs had carpets hanging off each step with tape all over them! Very dangerous! The hotel was loud inside and out. One of the female night staff was giggling with two drunk men for HOURS around midnight. Breakfast very very basic. Service waiting to pay was appalling as we waited patiently for an hour then the woman served someone after us! I pointed out we were first and she said that he was booking in so she served him! Not once even asking us what we wanted! Having never met her before we could also have been booking in! I told her it was extremely rude not to even enquire. She didn't even apologise and went back to the other people! So rude! Would never return!

  Cheap and comfortable

  Despite the fact that the hotel is not expensive, it has however big and comfortable rooms. The staff is kind and gentle, the hotel position is near to the centre and to several shops. Parking lot is not wide enough, there are only 4 car slots available. Breakfast has no many dishes to choose.

  Never again

  A colleague and I shared a double room for 3 nights during a work trip. Due to our early work start we asked at the reception if they could prepare the breakfast 30 minutes earlier. The lady there told us that organizing that would be impossible although an earlier breakfast was actually offered on their homepage if needed. As we wanted to get to our room in the 2nd floor we realized that the elevator was out of order. Finally in the room we noticed several issues like cracks in the walls, mould in the shower, the shower door wasn't properly closing, the ceiling was partly coming down, dirty furniture, an extremely crappy mattress and the toilet flush was also not working properly. So far the first impression. During the night it was very loud although our room was at the back alley side of the hotel. Since the reception wasn't attended during the night, guests had to enter at that back alley and also a lot of people were walking there. Next day after another long work day we arrived in our room and to our surprise neither the beds were made, nor the used towels were replaced - they were still laying on the ground. Awful experience!

  Stay away!!!!

  Worst hotel i ever been... Rooms without towel and toilet papier,impossible to close the window of our room(broken)breakfast and service big tragedy.. Very disapointed.. And also this is my third time i come here and the last..

  Worst hotel ever do not book this hotel!

  I book this hotel because everywhere was fully booked due to a festival... but i made a very big mistake.... Ill summarize very quickly all the issues..... no water to the toilet, no electricity in the room, no breakfast as they offer on the internet! The rooms look like 20 years ago without any comfort , lights and turism spirit.in the bathroom almost everything is broken , the bad is very used , no safe , nothing only high price compared with the hotel offer. The hotel need a full refurbishment, in case the owner want to continue this business...btw I announced to the reception all the issues and they promised that theyll solve all the issues but in the end all the commitments was simply lies. For the hotel stuff please take a look on the internet you have a very bad reputation, are you happy with your performance?
