  Very good and friendly receptioniste The hotel has very convenient location few steps to the city center it has good standard of room the wifi is free but very weak excellent breakfast The hotel do not have an hall and the reception is on the first floor

  Great Location

  Easy to find and a great welcome from the staff. Rooms are to a good standard with all necessary facilities. Only one cautionary note: the austrians send out the road sweeper truck at 06:00 on Sunday morning so if you want to get up late don't leave the window open like we did.

  Lovely hotel with a staff to match!

  What a lovely hotel located in the center of town. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a beautiful courtyard for relaxing. Breakfast had something for everyone. The people serving could not have been more accommodating. We checked in on June 24th, after a long flight from the US and then, a very long drive from Munich. Unfortunately, our luggage never arrived in Munich. The young lady that checked us in and gave us our keys could not have been more helpful. She gave us toiletries and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. I will always be grateful for her kindness.

  Perfect for leisure and business

  During our tour through Austria we visited Klagenfurt as well and decided to stay at The Goldener Brunnen. It was a very pleasant stay. We got room 126 which had a small balcony to the inner court which was pleasant. The room had a big comfortable bed. bathroom was just recently renewed. All very clean. Wifi is for free and had a good speed. Breakfast is in buffet style whit eggs made to order. The hotel is only afew blocks away from the Lindwurm square and the old town. You can park your car nearby in the Dom-garage at a special rate. All in all a very pleasant stay.

  Not bad

  The venue seems to be developed out of a former abbey or a religiuos building and is all on one single floor, the first (second depends if/how you count "0"). The entrance is hence not on ground floor and you have to take an elevator or the stairs. Other than this detail there is not other hurdle. Walking distance to the trade fair grounds if you go for business. The town is small anyway so everthing is relatively near. Breakfast is of good quality, price is acceptable considering everything.
