  Construction site today but nicely located

  Actually this hotel is undergoig some renovation and hence it is looking a bit chaotic. However the location of the hotel is quite nice and very central in the pretty city of Coburg, just around the corner of the central market square and the Rathaus. Wlaking distance to all mayor attractions inside the city center including Hofgarten and Veste (castle). We had a room (115) which was more than noisy, being on the crossing of many ways to the different rooms, the hotel is a bit like a fox cave. Additionally the cleaning personnel made hell of a noise in front of the room door, all the details in different languages are now no secret anymore. The room itself is very tiny, merely big enough for a bed, the bathroom needs acrobatic skills to reach into the shower cabin across the toilet. For the overall expreience the price was too big. Try to get another room a bit more distant from the walking ways and check the size. Beside the room is a (open) storage room which is not looking nice at all.

  Good place for Hotel in the centrum

  Hotel in the closest position to the city centre of Coburg. Friendly stuff on the reception. Good breakfast. Little problem with parking, which is to expect in the city center. I enjoyed the great position for work and relax.

  Great Location

  Perfect location for seeing the sights. Staff are very friendly. The room is large and clean. The hotel offers free water, coffee, hot chocolate, espresso, etc. , and fruits throughout the day for guests. Breakfast is nice and even offers a grill for eggs and pancakes cooked fresh as you like. Parking is free and considering the location it's amazing. Absolutely everything is within walking distance.

  Quaint and comfortable

  This is a very comfortable and pleasant hotel in the center of town. Parking is a challenge but that does nothing to take away the old world charm of this place. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are spotless and nicely appointed

  Good Location!

  This hotel is in a good location very close to the city center, restaurants, and the Palace. It has a quirky layout, but also has a lift for heavy luggage. Good breakfast! Large rooms. No A/C, but they will provide a fan.
