  Old fashioned reception, modern and well furnished apartments

  The hotel is located in an ancient building in the center of a tidy and picturesque little town, walking distance from supermarkets (LIDL and REWE) and services. Free public parking is available along the street just in front of the hotel, but private garage is also available at 3 Euros/day (not seen). The reception was small and old fashioned, but our apartment was very roomy. Notice that the apartments are located on the upper floor and there is no lift (only stairs). This may cause problems to some people. In our apartment there were a living room, a bedroom with 4 beds and a spacious bathroom with shower. In the living room there were two couches, a well furnished kitchen and a little table. There was no dishwasher neither washing machine, but the room was pretty modern and very clean. It was equipped with safe, WiFi (free), two satellite TVs. Breakfast is available on the lower floor, just near the reception and it offers buffet with an average range of food. Besides, the owners asked us if we would like scrambled eggs or fried eggs, too, which was very kind of them. Actually, they were very kind and friendly and they gave us a backdoor key so that we coud go and come just like at home. English is not well spoken, but kindness compensates it.

  A GREAT Hotel Filled With Old World Charm and Modern Day Conveniences and Decor! :)

  We spent 8 days at the Hotel Garni Goldene Traube and LOVED it!! The family owned hotel was quiet, clean, roomy and it is in a great location......within walking distance to many fine restaurants and shops! It was a good mix of old world charm and modern day conveniences and decor! The owners were so accommodating, helpful and friendly.......doing all they could to make sure that our stay was a pleasant one, which it definitely was! (They, also, spoke good English!) ;) They provided a yummy breakfast each morning to start our day. We would highly recommend this hotel if you're planning a trip to the Bad Windsheim area. The town and this hotel provided a very quiet and relaxing vacation......away from the hustle and bustle of the big cities!! It was like a step back in time!! We would not hesitate to go back, if we ever have the opportunity again!

  Such a nice place!!!

  Gary and Tyler are the best! I spent almost 20 days in an apartment in the Goldene Gardene Traube, super clean, safe and very good price. Is 8 minutes walking distance from the train station and very close of the supermarket, restaurants and coffee shops. They speak very good english so dont worry if you dont speak German. Thank you so much for taking so much care of me ;)

  Excellent place with very nice owners!

  I rented a very nice apartment with everything you could need. Excellent Wi-Fi, very clean, great breakfast, 2 block walk to many dining/shopping options. I have stayed here twice, will be back, and highly recommend this family run hotel.

  The grapes of BadW

  Nice, maybe not really charm, but very comfortable hotel. I was a few days acomodated due to business traveling, and for sure I would repeat the booking. Bad Windsheim i sa charm small city for having a walk and relaxing after any working day. Breakfast according continental style, room was large and comfortable, and no need to look for parking place since it was very easy to find it on the street
