  Pleasant stay

  Clean, new, small and nice hotel located quite near to sports amenities of Hang Jebat Stadium. Comfortable especially after a hectic day for the athletes. Plenty of parking. Unfortunately, a little further away from the city-centres tourist attractions, at least 20 minutes by car.

  Always choose this place when staying in Melaka

  This review actually marks our third time staying at this hotel. It is one of the budget hotel with great value in Melaka. The room is decent, the bed is comfy, toilet is clean and spacey (though the space of the toilet bowl and the sink is very close, my thigh almost hit the sink corner everytime i want to use the toilet). Yes, it was quite far from the attractions, but this place is easy to reach despite the frequent traffic jam in Melaka. Since we are driving, it is convenient for us to go anywhere from this hotel as it was located along the main road to the town. Overall, i will always be back.

  Only if you have reasons to be around

  To be frank, you would probably need a compelling reason to be staying here, like you have business around Batu Berendam area to attend to. Its not to say that the hotel is poor, though it has its shortcomings, but the area is pretty far from the city center as well as the tourist attractions. There are shops around and all, and even if you drive a little further theres a Tesco hypermarket and even McDonalds, but thats about it. Lets just say its not quite on top of the list for a holiday getaway hotel stay. Having said that, in my case where I chose the hotel for a business trip, it served its purpose. Its a new boutique hotel (a term grossly misrepresented nowadays) converted from shop houses, decent value for money, clean and sufficiently spacious room, bathroom was quite spacious too and with basic amenities. No breakfast was provided with the room but that wasnt a problem for me. The room I had was one without windows so I get the smell of cigarettes as soon as I went in, so if this bothers you youd be well advised to ask for a room with windows. As it was for an overnight stay I didnt bother much, but the real problem was with the somehow very well insulated room that managed to deteriorate the data reception on my mobile that hindered me from working. Add to that the choppy in-room WiFi thats pretty much unusable, even though it was free. Its a decent stay for a solo traveler and I wouldnt mind coming back, just have to make sure I get a room with windows and good WiFi or mobile data coverage.

  easy parking and comfortable room

  easy to park the car, and the room, even though very small, it is quite comfortable, with spacious bathroom. wifi available at the room and lobby as well. fast check in and check out. with friendly staff.

  Room Decor of a 4 stars with a Price of a 2 stars.....

  WHAT'S GOOD? 1. New hotel just started October 2013. 2. Very Clean & so Tidy. 3. Beautiful Reception & Reservation. 4. Decor is Excellent! 5. Rain Shower! 6. TV with MOVIE & Sport channels. 7. Free parking. 8. 24hrs convenient store just around the corner. 9. 15mins to either Klebang or Ayer Keroh. 10. Relaxing atmosphere. 11. Got visitor's toilet. 12. Very low rates. NEEDS IMPROVEMENT : Who cares.......? NOTES: Please take a higher floor, room is bigger.
