Very low standard hotel! Decent beach & good entertainmentStayed the last week in August, landed about 11 at hotel didnt get room till 3:30 as rooms had not been cleaned, wasnt great for me as I had 4 kids with me. Hotel desk was always busy, no order, they just dealt with whoever they felt like first. Lady on desk seemed to have the most clue but blokes could not care a less Food was repetitive but we did have a full meal most days, just had to fight for it. Drinks were served in small plastic cups and were literally three mouthfuls When they says renovated, I think they need to say renovation starting soon as it hasnt been!! Its not a 4 star but definitely has the potential Entertainment staff were best thing about the place although most of the entertainment wasnt in English especially the kids show each evening. Cleaners did a really good job and tried there best, but struggled to polish the turd. Had a leak in the bathroom for full week with no1 bothering to come fix it. 2* at most!!

Cooee presidentWhat an awful 10days. Couldnt wait to leave. Perfect hotel for weight loss. Food was awful, service shocking, staff rude and ignorant. One bar for the whole place on an evening and the staff worked non stop. Try complaining about anything and they just shrug at you. If youre English they make you feel you shouldnt be there. The place needs a damn good clean and the restaurant staff changing and a new chef. Food re heated up for the next day, fighting with adults over plates and cutlery. Absolutely disgusting place and we would never go back. The one star is for the bar staff and our maid, which Id give 5 star for them but cant

The Best because of Jimmy, Chikoo, Rio and EjmenWe chose this hotel with my friends mainly because we already knew one of the animators - Jimmy, and we knew that our holiday would be ours. Thank you for the amazing exercise and fun, namely Jimmy, Chikoo, Rio and Ejmen. Guys, just thanks to you, our holiday was sensational. Your and the other evening shows will remain in our memory forever. MARIA LUNA and JARA JARA are top, we are dancing with a smile. We were also satisfied with the hotel and other hotel services.

Almost ThereThis hotel is on it's way to being a great hotel, there are many problems but all could be so easily fixed. The most annoying thing we found was the restaurant. Firstly the layout, it took too long to get your food and plates were only available from one area. Why not have plates available at the salad area, pizza and pasta area, grill area and etc., Almost everyday there was a lack of soup bowls and spoons it was very frustrating, if you did get a bowl you then had to walk around the long centre counter to get your soup, once you had your soup, (thanks to two tables strategically placed) you then had a long walk round the long counter to pick up some bread, you get to the bread and it's oh no, I've forgot a plate, there are no plates at the bread area. Oh well the plates are only a few feet away, ah but the two tables mean you can't go direct and have instead to again walk round the long counter. Then there is a hygiene problem there should be napkins at the bread counter so that people don't have to handle the bread. Anyway you get to your seat and what do you know no salt or pepper, you are then left walking round the restaurant looking for salt. getting your main was also a trial. Things so easily sorted which would make a customers stay such a much better experience. I've seen other reviewers saying the food was awful, personally I found the food to be of a very good standard on most nights fish, chicken or turkey and beef where available there was also a grill bar serving either fresh fish, steak, or kebabs and as I said earlier a pasta and Pizza bar, the pizza was as nice as anything you could get outside the hotel. The beef was as tasty as a good old British steak pie. The Hotel staff were all very friendly, there were language barriers but unlike another reviewer we felt they went out their way to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. The Hotel itself was gorgeous and the rooms were more than adequate and kept spotlessly clean by hard working maids. Waiter service was also available, not usual for all inclusive hotels where you are usually expected to queue at the bar. Toasties, waffles with chocolate sauce (Yummy) sandwiches and pizza were available at certain times at the bar. The private beach which was just across the road was great and there was a little bar serving soft drinks and water. the sea was great for kids and non swimmers as it went out quite a bit before getting deep. Another great wee touch was the welcoming and goodbye gifts, an oil burner on arrival and a keyring on leaving, not expensive gifts but a nice touch. The other guests mostly Algerians, Germans and Russians were very friendly especially when the found out we were Scottish. The entertainments team worked very hard throughout the day and night and tried very hard even if on some occasions it was not to our taste, but as they say you can't please all of the people all of the time. All in all we had a fantastic Holiday at this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to go back but it would be nice to find that they had addressed the little things I mentioned. Please don't let anything I have said put you off this hotel, if i have I have done you a great disservice.
