  golden tulip is very nice location, staff reception and waitress/waiter so very friendly, very hopefully, im so fun stay in golden tulip essential belitung. food breakfast is very nice, room service is good.

  Good Hotel in Belitung

  The price is medium, clean room, good breakfast (variety and taste). Walking distance to Tanjung Pendam beach (famous for the sunset) - around 3 minutes. Location is not bad. They have mini market in the lobby floor.

  Good food and friendly staff

  I was dinner at branche restaurant and order for chicken teriyaki and tiramisu wonder..the taste was good for both and the last i order for milkshake monster..its so yummy..i love it..good food low price..and the restaurant staff at that night so friendly..shes so polite to the guest..great hospitality..thanks gte!

  What a nightmare customer experience

  While the hotel room is quite clean and spacious, I have terible experiences when checked in and checked out with the same guy. In summary, it is always complicated whenever deal with him. Why make it simple if he could make it difficult. He doesn't have empathy to help me at all. Special request to GM hotel: While I met several nice front desk officers (different day from check in check out) at your hotel, I would suggest to reconsider your front desk officer that serve my check in check out. My customer experience at your hotel is a night mare this morning. I think this could apply for other customers as well.

  Keen and honest staff

  The positive things about this hotel : 1. The STAFF who are all very polite and try to accommodate you with a smile. They are keen to help, and honest too. On the day we checked out, 15 minutes to our drive the hotel called me on the mobile to inform that we have left a watch in the bathroom. The management should receive our thank you for this. 2. the location is great, being at the 'beginning' of the seafront street it only takes 30 minutes to reach from the airport. You can walk to centre of town, thus to kongdjie coffee , Timpo Duluk resto, etc. If you choose to take online taxi going here and there is only some 10 minutes drive. 3. The beds are good, The linen also fresh and clean. 4. There is a water cooker in the room to make your own tea Things they need to improve : (1) The towels in the rooms are now really really old and grey. They need to be urgently replaced. (2) Breakfast quality (3) Some rooms get the noise / music from the cafe downstairs and on Sat nights the music plays on high volume till mindnight. (4) the wifi connection is rather poor (5) the tv connections is also poor
