  Hotel Excelente con vistas al mar y descansar

  Estuvimos dos noches y nos hubiéramos quedado mas días. Un hotel excelente, las habitaciones muy limpias , muy bien decoradas amplias y cómodas.El baño tiene separado el inodoro del resto. La terraza amplia con mobiliario y las vistas de la playa preciosas. La planta que está a nivel de la playa tiene un spa, no lo utilizamos, pero vimos la cantidad de gente que había. El restaurante muy amplio y limpio. Tomamos jamón con melón, pierna de cordero, caramelo macaron (enorme de tamaño nos lo comimos como si fuese un bocadillo). Los platos abundantes.. Desde el comedor se salía a una gran terraza por la cual se baja a la playa. La puesta de sol preciosa. Los desayunos correctos, embutido, bolleria, fruta, zumos. Merece la pena ir a este hotel. El personal atento y amable.

  Wonderful hotel in a great location, but make sure you reserve a table if you want an evening meal

  We're in Brittany for a month, and spend occasional days out from our base near Guerlesquin. We had been to Quimper the night before, and had traveled over to Treboul. We had not booked anywhere to stay overnight, and viewed many hotels on several sites before going to the Golden Tulip - which was NOT advertising on any well known site discount site. It looked nice, so we looked at their web site, which was offering a special deal for a sea view room for the night. We walked in....the room was fantastic, with a beautiful view across the bay. Their site mentioned there was a Spa on site, but didn't mention it was free access to the pool / sauna for anyone staying at the hotel, which was an added bonus. I had 2 lovely swims in the pool. The room was modern and quiet, with excellent beds and linens. I had the best sleep in ages, and fell asleep to the sound of the waves on the beach with the door open all night. The hotel has direct access onto a lovely sheltered sandy beach, which must be fabulous in the summer. I cannot fault the room and location, or the Front Desk staff - all fabulous. The only disappointing thing was the restaurant. We were advised at check- in to make a reservation for dinner. Having dropped off our bags, and had a walk around the area , and returned to make a reservation, only to find that the restaurant was fully booked. As it was only about a 1/3rd full we found this strange....I think actually what we should have been told was that there was a limited number of meals that evening. A shame, as the menu looked really nice and there was little else available in mid October. I think anyone staying at the hotel should be able to eat there, but obviously the hotel has a different policy. We did have breakfast there, which I thought overpriced at 14 for a pretty standard continental breakfast. But it was in a restaurant with a lovely view

  Too much plastic and this in 2019! Please act more responsible for the environment!

  Positives: Location/view is wonderful, great view on the terrace and direct access to the beach. Very well equipped sports room. Negatives: Room cleaning was poor. We paid 13 /day extra for our dog which is fair enough however didnt see the extra: no vacuum cleaning in one week. Everything full of plastic: jam/honey/butter/yogurt etc at the breakfast, shower gel in the room, toothbrush glass in the room (plastic glass, packed again in plastic!) etc. This is unacceptable for a Golden Tulip hotel! WLAN with lousy quality in the rooms. Dont pay the 5/day for the parking lot. There is free and save free parking everywhere around.

  This is not a hotel!

  This place advertises itself as a four star hotel but it is nothing of the sort. While the views and access to the beach are wonderful, everything else you have a right to expect in any hotel is missing - getting into your room on time, having help with your bags, having a properly cleaned room, having clear directions to the parking and open access to the dining room, We were sent by reception to our room after waiting for the 4pm check in only be told by cleaners that we had to wait another 20 minutes.We were told that the restaurant, advertised as open to the public, was completely reserved only to find out it was only half full. The next day the bed was made but its decorative pillows and runner were left on the floor and nothing else done. Run for your lives!

  Excellent

  Very good breakfast, close by the sea. Good location. Can take a walk, if you dont want to swim. They have indoor pool which is great. The room is comfortable and clean. Excellent service and have a sea view from restaurant.
