  Mas vale que cambien

  Hotel muy antiguo con magnificas instalaciones pero las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear para el precio claro. Llevo viniendo casi 15 años aquí y creo que ya no vuelvo mas. Hay muchas mas opciones cerca.

  Norwegian girls

  Me and my friend planned to stay for 4 days but we checked out after day 2. The room gave us bad headache and it smelled old. Probably haunted. The staff was ok, they could barely speak English and they didn't greet when we passed in and out from hotel room. The staff in the breakfast area were kind but they didn't speak much English either. Hard to communicate.

  Not very golden sands

  I first stayed here 15 years ago and it was one of the best hotels in lamai. I have not been to Samui for about 10 years so when I decided to bring my family here for a summer holiday I thought I would book a room at this resort.i booked it on line in January paid a deposit of 1300 baht, first night plus breakfast. I received several emails confirming receipt of payment and my room number. When we arrived on 5th August the receptionist said that the room price was now 900 baht with no breakfast as they had no chef, and that they had never received my deposit even though I presented them with a copy of the email I received from them in June confirming payment. When my wife , who is Thai tried to explain the receptionist was not interested. When they showed us to our room I was shocked at what I saw. The hotel grounds had not been maintained for years and the rooms probably had not been cleaned or maintained since I stayed here 15 years ago. When my wife asked to see the manager she was told there was no manager and if we wanted to complain then speak with reception, the lady then walked away. At this point we picked up our bags and told them we was leaving an no way would we pay them 1 baht to stay in this hovel, the receptionist just said no problem good bye. I would not advise anyone to stay here unless you are desperate. The photos they are using on their website are from 15 years ago and therefore falsely advertising their property.

  Fantastic hotel

  This resort ideal for relaxing and enjoy yiur holiday rooms basic but nice .me and 1 frend we teak 2 beach front bangalow..your feet under the sea..thanks for staff they accept pay to hotel directly. .we book with email..i stay meany times since 15 years ..honestly room is old but you got what you pay..me im feel cofortable in this resort. .just bring the beach front room..you will never regret..thanks all staff..

  Hopefully getting a remake

  The front of the hotel still appears to be open, the lights are on anyway, but the garden area, pool and restaurant are a demolition site. Hopefully it might get back to its standards of 10 years ago.
