  Time away

  This was a great break away for 5 weeks, the staff and management are really friendly and helpful. Our cabin was really clean and comfy, and really close to the river. We enjoyed our daily walks along the river. The town centre is a 5 minutes drive for everything you need.

  Would not recommend for familys

  Would not recommend if you have a family of more then 2 children, I called ahead to make sure it was okay with how many where coming we got there paid $10 a kid and $15 a adult we where there for not even 2 hours and where asked to leave. Waste of money

  Shared facilities

  The staff were always friendly, the sites are pretty good but the pool and facilities are opened to the general public (for a fee) which on hot days meant that the pool was overcrowded and the compliance with COVID requirements remains unknown . The pool was murky and the pool area was poorly maintained, never swept etc. Management need to decide if they want to operate a caravan park or a public pool and public kids games facility. I don't think that they can do both

  Week long stay

  Very friendly staff on phone and in person. Extremely helpful. Caravan sites big enough and can choose between grass or slab. Amenities clean but a little dated. New manager seems to be improving facilities etc. Great spot for families with pool, water slide, indoor play area and jumping pillow. About 10 minutes drive into town. We had a very relaxing time here. Would return!

  Very Disappointed.

  From the beginning. 1: Upon arrival we see the manager having a heated argument with her daughter who works at the park, right out the front of the office in full view of everyone. It was quite awkward to see. 2: A very large family in the deluxe cabin were partying all night in and out of the pool until 4am, walking around the park yelling. Nothing was done because of point 3. (See below) 3: The managers other daughter is the overnight caretaker. She decided to have a drinking session and, along with her friends as well as other staff members, got blind drunk and were using the jumping pillow scaring our young children. This was around 9pm. This was discussed amongst other guest who were leaving the following day choosing just to move on and not ever return. 4: There has been dog feces in the pool area for 3 days. Staff advised. Still there 3 days later. 5: Employees (Apart from new manager she seemed really nice and welcoming) were the rudest weve come across. Some minor issues mentioned and all we received a was a grunt. (After taking puffs of their cigarette smoke) 6: The male who was collecting the money from the gaming machines is a rude, disrespectful piece of crap. We were advised he was from the local Put Put/Dodgem cars business in town. If he hates his job so much, leave it to someone who would like to work in the entertainment industry. 7: The park facilities were really good. Pool, water slide, Indoor activity area, indoor gaming room, jumping pillow etc. This is why they got 1 star. The mangers, we were advised had only been here for 6-8 weeks. Im sure they have big plans and they have a great little spot. However the first 6 points are a major turn off. They need a serious chat with their daughter if they/she want to be the overnight caretaker. Good luck. You guys have great facilities which is a good start.
