  Great overnight stay in Bundaberg

  It's always nice at the end of a long day travelling or sightseeing to stay somewhere clean, convenient and friendly. The Golden Palms didn't disappoint. Staff went out of their way to make it an enjoyable and fuss-free, easy experience. Highly recommend.

  Perfect Option in Bundy

  I discovered this affordable and very comfortable motel a few years ago via TA, and I have to say the service, and accommodation is excellent. Very affordable for the quality of rooms. Location is excellent and central for many options in Bundy. I travel a lot and this venue and management ticks a lot of the boxes. Ill always stay here. PS - Home cooked breakfast are the bomb.   Relaxing stay, close to town and shops

  Golden Palms was a lovely stay for our 3 nights in Bundaberg. The room was comfortable and appeared recently refurbished. Amenities were pleasant and the avilability of Netflix was great. The pool area was lovely. Close to everything and the staff were kind and accommodating. Would gladly book again next time!

  Well appointed convenient motel

  Stayed for one night as a couple. Receptionist, Helen, is a co owner with her husband Bill and very helpful. Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Pool and surrounds well maintained. Guest laundry available though we did not use. In room breakfast scrambled eggs sausages and bacon with toast very nice and freshly cooked - $14 not expensive considering delivered at 6.30 am and is the best way to socially distance while travelling! Motel is freshly painted and well equipped. Despite being close to highway, we did not hear traffic noise. Especially appreciated the complete no smoking policy which is not the case in other motels. Undercover parking - yay! No hail damage! The location next to shopping centres and hospitals is extremely convenient. Hard to beat for value in Bundaberg if you are travelling through or need to be near hospitals. Definitely added to our list.

  Value for money

  This is a small, family-operated motel on a service road adjacent to one of the main roads in to Bundaberg. Both Bill and Helen were friendly and made you feel welcome. The motel is in very good condition and well maintained while the room we had was spacious enough, comfortable and clean and the bed was comfortable. Being close to main road means that there is some traffic noise but usually only from heavy transports however we did have a good sleep. On offer is a value for money in-room breakfast. Would stay again if in Bundaberg.
