  Good place to stay

  Overall: The staffs were friendly, 24hr reception. Clean room, clean bathroom, comfortable bed. Hot shower and wifi are available. Water dispenser available at the spacious common area. Parking area available. Location: At a kinda quiet place. Around 12 minutes drive to telok cempedak/beach, 5 minutes drive to East Coast Mall, 10 minutes drive to Hai Peng Kopitiam. Something to be improved: The sound-proofing is so so only For football fans, there is no astro channel to watch football. Overall was good, rooms offered at a reasonable price. Recommended.

  This is a good guest house

  My family and I have been making this guest house as our default choice for the past half a dozen visit to Kuantan. It is centrally located with fairly easy access to many areas in Kuantan. The only pain is the road system which force you to make U-turn quite a distance away from the place, unless you learn the back streets, which after several visits becomes more bearable. The accomodation is clean, with all basic necessities catered for. This is not a hotel, but it serves the need for shower and sleep well. The staff is good too.

  A typical guesthouse

  Stayed here during the weekend. Ample parking spaces. A convenient store (7-11) just behind the guest house. Staff were ok and friendly. Wifi was non-existence. No reception for mobile network. Not carpeted. Imagine ur kids just came back from Teluk Cempedak into the room with all the sands. Bring your own toiletries. The door is as thin as paper, u can hear what's going on outside your room. Children was playing noisily at the lobby early morning when suddenly a guy came out frm the room behind the reception and started cursing and shouting at the kids for peace and tranquillity.

  Very nice

  This place was great. Very clean and spacious. The beds were very nice and the sheets were soft. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star was because there is no food within walking distance from there. But there is a 7 eleven. Also only a few TV channels but some are Thai for some weird reason.

  Simple and clean.

  Overall a pretty nice place. Friendly staff. Limited parking space. They provide refill for water which is certainly a plus point. Walls can be a little thin not good if get noisy neighbours. Maybe can improve a little on the lock on the door. And the disco light is literally useless. Add more lights in the room please
