  the worst hotel I have ever visited

  I have to say something bad about the hotel. I booked a Single Room for three nights at the hotel through my agent in Jan. And because of my late check in, I guaranteed the room by my credit card. However to my astonishment, the staff at the reception who speaks little English said no reservation records could be found under my name when I reach the hotel! Since it is very late at night, I have no choice but to stay as a walk-in guest. The room rate is 50RMB higher than that the agent offered! The next day, I contacted my agent to solve the problem; they told me that the reservation was indeed settled under my name. But the hotel receptionist told my agent that I was no show, and they would draw the first night room fee from my credit card as penalty. This is ridiculous! What a sick trick! I have to pay 50RMB more and one more night room charge for the stupid mistake of the receptionist. When my agent tried to rebook the room with a preferential price for me, the hotel definitely refused, they insist on keeping me as the walk-in client, because they could earn extra from me! Id rather check out and find another hotel immediately. I will never choose this hotel in all my rest life! Be careful if you travel abroad
