  Acceptable Hotel

  I stayed one night in this hotel, the location is far from city center but it is close to the beach and it has easy access to this beach.the hotel is normal and the front desk people are ok. The lobby is not as big as the same level hotels, furniture are ok and beds are just comfortable.

  Great view

  Excellent view of the embankment. The staff speaks Russian and English, there are no language problems. Standard room, which we ordered was not, but we were given a better room for the price of a regular room. Located next to the square of the flag. To the metro or to the city center by bus or taxi. A bus stop in 2 minutes. I wish that at breakfast, a little more quickly refilled meals with food.

  7 nights in average hotel

  when staying in 5 stars hotel you will imagine a lot of thinks you know about 5 stars hotels, this hotel have the minimum of these things. If the raiting is 4 stars, it will be more reasonable. many minor things need to be fixed to let the guiest satisfy and be comfortable like TV signal, water leaks in bath room, putting paper tissue box in the room,note book with pen. The brakefast bufet are the same items every day with no new items along the week. The positive things are cleanness of hole hotel, the very good spa and indoor pool (thank Irena) Hotel location and see view rooms helpful reception staff.

  Excellent

  Very good hotel! Great view from window, clean rooms and friendly staff, especially thanks to SPA supervisor Annar (sorry if i wrote name wrong) who helped me in some moments. But water in the pool was very cold.

  Good until CHECKOUT!

  Moderate breakfast Good swimming pool with great attitude from spa staff But our deal was to checkout at 3PM, suddenly room was forced opened by cleaner and asked us to leave at 2:20 PM while we were sleeping, we asked for our passports and informed the reception but they didnt do anything (ADIL and NAZIM) Everything was going well until this atitude! Not recommended at all!!!
