  ¡De otro mundo!

  Mi hija y yo pasamos una semana rodeadas de lujo. Teníamos un Dormitorio Isla que nos alucinó, un jardín con nuestras propias tumbonas, un precioso, espacioso y completo cuarto con frigorífico, que se recarga de agua cada día. La vista al mar es maravillosa. La comida era estupenda, siempre con mucho donde elegir. La carta italiana era deliciosa. El personal era muy servicial y educado. Cogen euros en vez de liras, ya que las tiendas en el hotel y el resort tienen los precios en euros. La piscina es preciosa, ¡tiene hasta camas! No puedo hacerle justicia con palabras. Era puro lujo. Pedir un Dormitorio Isla; ¡¡genial!!

  A nice break

  We visited this hotel earlier this month for 10 days. The hotel itself is in need of an update, staff were excellent including the animation team. The food is based mainly on eastern European cuisine. The hotel is very clean and with the Covid-19 restrictions you were given a mask and had your temperature taken to go in the buffet restaurant, Entertainment was very good done by groups brought in. The pool is nice as there is 3 steps down into it so you can sit on the edge then move down a level till you get in the water fully. There are 3 slides for those that wish to use them. The 24 hour bar is outdoors by the pool so its away from the accommodation. The beach is nice clean and clear water.

  The worst and rudest hotel

  Even i made the reservation and paid online, they tried not to take me in the Hotel.Very rude reception welcoming, very cheap not tasty food, i felt myself in a very bad situation for the first time in my life and paid bunch of money for this 3 starred motel, stay away, there are many good hotels in the same area...

  Fantastic Holiday

  I have just returned from GoldIsland Hotel. It was a lovely relaxing holiday. It was a lovely hotel and the staff are very attentive to your needs and will do anything within their means to help if the can. Our housekeeping lady was brilliant everyday everything changed and fresh and a different thing made with the towels on the bed . We spent most of out time down at the snack bar in the Mondo apartment side as the waiters there where fantastic.. Especially Ömer Karabulut who was friendly always smiling and all the guests spoke to him, he would be a MASSIVE Credit to any hotel. The lobby bar at Goldisland is a very relaxing place, Tayfur behind the bar was brilliant and everytime your glass was empty the refilled instantly. Our room well very spacious and comfortable, the balcony was amazing. A massive sun trap all day long and the View over the pool and the sea was out of this world. All in all a brilliant 2 weeks the only downside is we were told 4 days into the holiday that we would now have to isolate for 14 days on our return from Turkey.

  Save your money, go elsewhere

  We are currently staying at this hotel. I am honestly puzzled at how did people give it more than one star, but then again - it could be fake accounts that personnel have made up just to positively rate this hotel. We have paid over 30000 Euros for two gron ups and two children - with a room facing the street and very loud neighbours downstairs that drink sing and dqnce to very loud russian music at the wee hours. The personnel refused to change our room - even though the hotel is half empty due to the pandemic - or better yet because people are smart enough to book elsewhere. There is also a lack on staff and cleaning crew - it is very dirty, old and the food is dull, and very limitted options. You can no longer fill your own plate, and since the staff is limitted - you have to wait in line quite a while to get your food. The fitness room is also closed - due to the pandemic (that was NOT specified on their website by the way). The beach is small and the seats there are limited , gotta get up real early to get one. I have been coming to Turkey every October since 2006, and I can say I have never been dissapointed with a hotel until now -simply terrible
