  a room full of dissappointment

  spent a night at the premise, attending company family day. the facilities seems ok from the outside, but once we stepped in the accommodation block, the nightmare began. no towel provided, citing they cant cope out with a sudden surge of demands in view of big crowd. only 1 access / main key provided for an apartment with 3 units of rooms. 1 of the fitted air condition at the room was malfunctioning. Bathroom is such a sad state, due to ill maintenance. in addition to that, only 1 elevator was in functioning to cater a block of 8 level of accommodation, plus and again, no air ventilation at the functioning unit. other then that, facilities wise is comparable with the adjacent resort, and the quality of foods served is better

  Quite okay.

  The best is the water park. It have all the basic stuff that water park should have, the 'beach', the kids playground etc. It also have a jacuzzi pool to warm you up. Breakfast was terrible, not much of a choice and the taste was not that good. The room looks 'old' with all the furniture but it was quite spacious. You have to walk to go to the water park because you could not rely on the buggy service too much even though its not that much of distance.

  Very poor management of every part of condo. Feels scary seems the condo look old and dirty. Very very sad and i had refund my second night. My families decide to mive out fdom the aprtment. The sliding door cant lock.

  Nice Mini Water Theme Park

  My rating is only on their water theme park & public facilities. I do not spend my night at the apartment. 1. Good counter/customer service. 2. The water theme park is nice. 1. The toilets are dirty & smelling. Not well maintained. No toilet fittings provided. 2. Their public surau also not well maintained. Carpet shabby & smelly.

  Where do i start... this place is like a deserted haunted place. The reception is full of dusk, things and building, literally falling apart, the ceiling is collapsing, toilet has no running water and not functioning, no lights, literally like an abandon "theme park". The main swimming pool is surrounded by gates and water drained. The "water theme park" looks fun, yes, my children had fun but it is NOT a safe place to play at all. There are slides and stairs at the water theme park's paddling pool, made of metal which are rusty, so you can imagine how dangerous the water is. You can actually step on green slime/algae in some parts of the water the theme park. The rooms are clean, but that's about it. Everything in the room is tired, scratched, peeling off, cracked, not maintained. Do yourself a favour, if you want a pool, book a decent hotel or book with AirBnB where there in swimming pool in the development. Attached some room pictures and the collapsing ceiling pictures.
