  perfection. ..exceptional service and staff..comfy bed

  First of all I would like to thank the gentleman who came to pick me up at the airport..he was generous enough to help me pay for my stuff that I got from the airport because at that time I ddnt get the chance to change money..(thank you so much) I stayed here for the whole week..check in was very fast ddnt even wait, a beautiful hotel and tastefully decorated.the moment you walk in its like royal palace.. the room was clean, quiet and beautiful even though it does not have windows..(that didnt bother me at all.)the bed was super comfortable.the staff are amazing The hotel is located right in the center of tbilisi.5mins walk to freedom square..i highly recommend these hotel for quiet and peacefully relaxation..thank you so much for everything surely would be back..*vacationmade*.

  Perfect location, Average hotel !

  Pros: - Perfect location, 30 seconds to the Rustavelli St. -Kindly staffs -good room Cons: -Room services is poor -Amateur Staffs I booked this hotel because of I had not good options at the time of reservation. All good hotels were completely full booked at the time. I could book only from an Iranian website and location,near Rustavelli St, was very important for me.

  Small and Shady Vibe

  Not good...downright horrid. Pics on booking site make it look decent, but the beds are the size of a diving board. Rooms so small you have to turn sideways to pass each other. Front desk made a point of saying checkin wasn't until 2pm and then when I came back at that time had to wait until 3pm for check in. Rooms have very thin doors so you hear everything in the hall and everything in the rooms around you. Late night checkins and drunks coming back from the bars in other rooms will wake you up for sure. No windows either. Feels like a dive bangkok guesthouse, but they charge premium rates. The staff is super shady as well so I would suggest using a VPN if you go on the wifi. Tons of better cheaper and cleaner options all around this place. Stay at your own risk. PS just one more note the listing on booking sites says Grand Royal Hotel Tbilisi now. Must just change the name after they get enough bad reviews...then change again and repeat.

  No windows, but good location

  Rooms have basic amenities, but no windows. Nice shower with 8 shower heads. Very small desk. Internet was good. Very loud guests well into the night. Good price and very good location right off Rustaveli and near the art museum, and about 10 minutes walk to Freedom Square.

  Budget hotel in the down town

  Nice hotel for the asked price. Someone would need to take into considerations that there are no windows in the room as the hotel is on the ground floor. The breakfast could be improved a little bit better.
