No holiday residence / all ingredients for infection and disease presentWe (my wife and I) booked a staying in a '1 x Maison 3 pièces 6 personnes' (Résidence Cap Bleu) and this for the period from 14/09 till 28/09. Although there is theoretical place for 6 persons, we used it only by two persons. We are travellers, as many others, who like to stay in a place (house/villa/apartment/hotel) with a reasonable level of comfort and amenities which should be offered to any guest, whereby the following parameters are obviously of a paramount importance: cleanness, hygiene and absence of broken furniture/appliances/sanitary. Elementary security, including security relating to our property such is our car, is also important for us, as for any other guest This 'residence' was presented by the website of 'voyageprive' com as being conform to these expectations of quality, comfort and security. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a huge lie of 'voyageprive'. Another big lie was the so-called price reduction offered by 'voyageprive' of 70%. In reality we paid almost the same price as we have seen at the reception of this residence. Hence, 'voyageprive' com has clearly mislead us as consumers in this case. Whereas we could have accepted the misleading 'reduction' if the holiday had been nice, we cannot accept the lie concerning the accommodation which caused to us material and moral damage. I. Huge problems with the house and shocking and disappointing reaction of 'voyageprive' com The house, which gives the customer an impression of not being cleaned during many years, was so dirty that it should by declared as not liveable by the health department and. My wife, who is very allergic, had several allergic attacks during the first days and couldn't sleep in that house. It seems to me that the pillows used in that house to sleep on have been used before in the toilet or dragged through the mud. The smell of those pillows gave at least such an impression. The bed sheets were in an identical horrible situation. The fact of looking and specially smelling the mattress and the idea that you need to sleep on, would force one to vomit. Indeed, even various stains of urine were visible on the mattress ! Nobody cleaned the floor decently; in some corners you could see a spider web, dishes and cutlery were dirty, cooking pots were dirty and some of them showed corrosion. Food poisoning would not be farfetched when using them. The white bath became of a rather black colour by not being cleaned enough. Taking a bath was impossible also for a second reason, i.e. because of a lot of insects (mosquitoes) in the bathroom. The second bedroom had a separate shower and we used this, since we had to find a place to wash ourselves somewhere, only after heavy cleaning by ourselves (!) the first day despite corrosion in this shower. It was a matter of survival and keeping attention of not becoming sick in that house rather than a "holiday" one would expect. After complaining about this dangerous situation for our health, the direction of this residence said that a cleaning woman would come to solve the problem as soon as possible. When? The answer was after four or five days at the earliest! We also called 'voyageprive' com and the answer was shocking: they don't see there was a problem and if we don't like it we can go away without reimbursement or not even a small reimbursement, let alone a moral compensation for the holiday we were waiting an entire year for. Nobody of 'voyageprive' com has been on site to see/verify the reality, even our photos cannot help in this situation. Several allergic attacks were not a problem for 'voyageprive' com. This illustrates how the internet travel agency 'voyageprive' com takes care about its customers. Apparently and after talking to 'voyageprive' com, one should conclude that the fact that my wife had several allergic attacks was her fault and not the fault of this residence or the fault of 'voyageprive' com. Only the fifth day of our staying a cleaning woman finally arrived, after we have been cleaning by ourselves in primitive circumstances during 4 days because it was impossible to live in that house - world upside-down. The house should be cleaned professionally and repaired before guests arrive. The guest should not replace a cleaning team. The guest paid for a clean house in a good condition. This first week was a real nightmare, so far away of the intended holiday with house and swimming pool. We were afraid to use the swimming pool for hygienist reasons. II. Other problems of this residence Later, we discovered that many houses were occupied by season workers / guest workers who used in the later evening the internet (WIFI) connection near the reception. Ten persons in one house might be very cheap indeed but it was extremely noisy and all those people were occupied with questions like 'Visa', payment and finding a new job. In a holiday resort you don't want to be confronted with such problems. This residence was not a holiday resort, but it was only presented and sold as such which is another example of misleading advertising by 'voyageprive' com. III. Unsafe situation and damage caused to our property We discovered something else about this complex, namely there are not only houses rented out for holiday in this residence but also houses owned by an owner who stays there on a permanent basis. Most of these 'permanent' owners don't like travellers who rent a holiday house. Some of them, who are a bit frustrated, can even cause deliberate damage to your car. This happened to our car. The direction of the 'residence' and also 'voyageprive' com told us that's our fault because we don't park correctly. Very strange if you parked on a normal parking space within the borderlines and more than 80% of the parking places are empty. We said clearly to 'voyageprive' com that we are victim of a damage caused to our car but 'voyageprive' com said that we are the aggressor. Again a shocking answer we received. It should be stressed that nobody has the right to bring damage to our car. Neither the direction of the residence nor, certainly, 'voyageprive' com helped us finding a solution. The only help we received was by the French police, which said we took the right decision to protect ourselves. The French police understood that we're the victim in this case as opposed to 'voyageprive' com, who said that we were the aggressor in this case. A PV (process verbal) has been issued which demonstrates that our complaints are serious.

Paradise ,silence, no rushPerfect place for holiday. Closed area,silent residence. Very nice ,friendly,helpfull Stuff. Close to the See and Carro center,Beach also. Wonderfull place for short break and long stay. Good ,big Swimpool.
