  Dont recommend this apartment

  Disappointing stay with my family. Rooms arent very clean and very dated mom. Not all staff are friendly, especially the main older lady at the reception. The pool is fine, breakfast is basic but enough food and has most options somebody would want . I wouldnt come back again.

  In Sukhumvit

  Pros 1. Helpful and welcoming staff. We were allowed to check-in early and checkout late. Was not able to login into wifi and this was resolve quickly. Security staff was always there greeting us, making us feel welcomed. 2. Tuk2 service to main road every 30mins 3. Big and clean room. Cozy too. Comfy king size bed. 4. Big bathroom. Cons 1. A bit far from main road, at least 15mins walk. To help visitors they provide tuk2 service (mentioned earlier). 2. When showering, water temperature changes suddenly. Also hard to control the water temperature. Breakfast was basic and sufficient. Nothing fancy. Enough.

  Nice apartments, good value, great for long stays

  We have stayed here on several occasions, all but once in the deluxe rooms. The rooms are big with full kitchens and wash machines. Big comfy bed too. Breakfast is good and staff have always been friendly to us. The deluxe rooms are worth the little extra for long stays in our opinion.

  Spacious and well-maintained apartments, highly recommended for friends and families

  We booked a 2-bedroom apartment on the 17th floor for 3 nights, and were quite happy with our stay. The apartment was fully furnished, extremely spacious, and had pretty good views of Bangkok city (Sukhumvit side) from all sides! We found the rates to be extremely affordable considering the overall experience. Due to the current situation, there was no breakfast buffet - instead, we were served breakfast options of our choice directly to our dining table every morning. There were several basic options. the food was always hot, packed properly and portions were filling. The only slight inconveniences I can actually think of was that the light switches were a bit confusing throughout the apartment, and that some of the plug points in the room were not working - but this wasn't such a big problem overall. We'll definitely be staying again on our next trip with family. :-)

  If you are visiting Bangkok and willing to stay in in Sukhumvit (Asoke-PhromPhong Area) This is the right place for you. Ideal for families Plenty of restaurants nearby with lot of food variety : Thai, Indian, Chinese, Japanese...
