Worst ResortMy family and I are from the states. We book 2 rooms at resort on 06 to the 08 of February. The foods was great and the welcome was good. We spent 2 nights both of our toilets has problems, it doesnt flush. We ask it to be fix 5-6 times but the problems remained. We have to go to other rooms to use the toilet and front desk to do so. We understand situations arise sometimes its not in our control but the way employees handles the situations was very unprofessional. Every time they came to fix the toilets they keep saying its fixed, but it wasnt. We not only didnt get anything for your problems, we paid full price for everything including 2 bottles of waters. We went to the resort for retreat and relaxation GM didnt offer that for us. I wrote an email and call to speak to manager they refuse to transfer or give me an email. Trang one of the sales rep there says someone or herself will reach out to me for an explanation. Not 1 apology nor email or calls. Stay Away!!!!!

Decent resort in a remote locationIf you truly want to get away from it all, GM Doc Let might be your place. It is located about an hour from downtown Nha Trang and there is very little around the resort with the exception of a convenience store and a small open-air family run restaurant (which wasn't bad at all) across the street. Cows roam freely on the street. Local residents live at the poverty line or below. Doc Let is a large resort with 14+ buildings. Each hotel building holds approximately 12 rooms located around a central stairway. Our room was nice. Decor is white walls, marble floors, and dark tropical wood doors/wood work. Room had ample storage, two beds, a desk, extra blankets/pillows, sitting area, TV, A/C, 2 bottles of water/day, and a tiny patio/balcony. Housekeeping made the bed and cleaned the bathroom daily. Bathroom included shampoo, conditioner, soap, comb, toothbrush/paste, TP, towels, and blow dryer. For those who are picky, the bathroom is not quite up to U.S. standards, but it's close. There was plenty of hot water and good water pressure. (We did not drink the tap water or have drinks with ice.) Room includes two pairs of plastic beach shoes to borrow. Guests were mainly Eastern European, Russian, or Chinese. Didn't see any Americans. The buffet restaurant has an extensive food selection that changes slightly daily. Food put out for breakfast (included in price) had just about everything, including eggs and noodles made to order. The menu is mainly Asian, but there are some Russian dishes as well. The restaurant on the beach is open-air and also has a large menu to select from. Food and service was good. There was a happy hour around 4 pm that included 'free' snacks. Beach was clean with plenty of chaise lounges and shaded areas. There is a security guard at the beach, but no lifeguard. There were some plastic bags floating around in the water in the shallow areas. Water is very warm, but wavy since it's along the South China Sea. It's not like tranquil Caribbean water. Pool area was clean with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The water was warm. Free beach towels are available daily for pool and beach when you show your key. The landscape includes beautiful tropical plants. Gorgeous colors. There were some spots to sit and reflect. I think the hotel includes a hair salon and spa. Didn't check it out.

Horrible service, amenities were subpar!I would stay away. Customer service was horrible especially the the front staff. Made us feel like we were a nuisance just because we were there checking in! Front desk worker named Huu Huong was very testy every time we interacted with him. Bedsheets had yellow stains on them. Bathroom floor was always wet because of a leaking faucet. I would avoid this place unless you would like dirty linens and bad customer service!

Terrible services !I stayed here for two-days classmate re-union (19 & 20. Jul) and had terrible experiences. 1. Room: Room not clean, and equipped with old slippers, one of them are same side. It looked they collected and combined from some second hand slipper. However, when we left, we had been charger 2 USD/set for it ! I had sent a complain letter to manager, but he never reply ! 2. Food: We tried all breakfast, lunch and dinner during stays. Breakfast was nearly accpetable except facilities so bad, they used unsafe electrical devices for their coffee machine and be carefull if you don't want to have shock. I skip the breakfast on the second day and ate outside ! Lunch was bad experience, waitresses didn't want to work and nearly deny most of our requests such as tissue, bowl, etc. Dinner: it was disaster ! We had beed served with steam stale squid. Still remmember the terrible smell from this squid ! My team member had ordered some rice to room for children, but they served without bowls, sauce etc. then children had to share only spool because they were so hungry by the terrible dinner ! 3. Spa: It also terrible for smell of their spa room ! I suggest if you planning to stay there, should eat outside, just stay and enjoy sea and sand ! I never come back !

Great poolsNice inexpensive resort only one hour away from Nhatrang. Two nice swimming pools and nice beach. Good restaurants and great breakfast. Hotel property is like big garden beautiful flowers and trees all over. Room was little worn-out but clean. Nice staff in the reception. Waiters didn't look happy at all what was big disappointment...no one wish you hello or good evening. Check out their credit card machine didn't work....I tried Amex and MasterCard, my friend try too but no working....I was happy at my friend had cash...no comment from the staff... nobody were sorry !!! That was big minus
